This is the worst pharmacy I have been…
This is the worst pharmacy I have been to they are rude and unprofessional. they tell you your meds. will be ready in 30 min and when you come back to pick up after 30 min. they say it will be ready in another 15 to 30 min. They are nasty when they speak to you and no empathy whatsoever. The pharmacist was very rude and told a customer that if he didn't stop complaining about waiting another 30 min she will not help him. Customer was already waiting 30min. and he was complaining that he called before coming in. Please CVS if you care about your customers in sunnyside please restructure your pharmacy dept. I will be taking my business to Rite Aid where the pharmacist and the staff are pleasant and willing to help.

I was not able to buy Sudafed because I'm not a citizen of the US or Canada
I was not able to buy Sudafed, they require photo id, because of the COVID-19 I couldn't renew my expired DL I showed my passport, and I was surprised that you can use passport only if you are US or Canada citizen. So this means that any non-US/Canadian citizen that is visiting US and in need of this medication can not buy it.
This doesn't make any sense rather than discrimination.

I normally don’t complain when the…
I normally don’t complain when the cashiers are not happy people, but today is a young cashier girl working had extreme discussed for her job, and had attitude with me when I try to exchange the new pair of sunglasses for for another pair. I understand this pandemic has changed everything, But it’s not my fault the new glasses were scratched, and I just wanted to exchange them. I was extremely cordial and polite, and did not deserve to be treated that way by somebody so young although age has nothing to do with it.The manager was extremely polite and took care of me on the exchange, but could not take back The original sunglasses that were scratched Which I only bought two minutes previously. So essentially I got two pairs of sunglasses for the price of one. But that raises a question, if people go in the store to look at or try on sunglasses, wouldn’t they then be contaminated? All I did was purchase, walk out to my car and back, and they could not take them back. I feel if there’s going to be stipulations and policies To protect everyone from the coronavirus, it should be 100%. Meaning that if somebody touches anything on the shelf it is then considered contaminated. Also if people are unhappy going to work during these times, maybe they should just stay home!I understand times are stressful, I’m experiencing it as well, but you Gotta keep your head up, stay positive, stay clean, Stay healthy and persevere On!

Stay away
Stay away! My doctor told me to get a specific piece of medical equipment so I started calling local pharmacies. All employees I spoke to at Walgreens were very nice and took the minute or so that was necessary to help me. On the other hand, the service I received at all CVS stores was horrible! It didn't matter which employee or which store I called. All of them would not even try to help me and one even hung up on me. She told me they didn't have it in stock. As I started to ask her another question she hung up on ne. It is understandable that a drug store may be swamped during this crises but that doesn't mean you treat people badly. Problems like this always begin with the "top". If management and corporate treated their direct reports with kindness and respect then the staff would treat customers with kindness and respect. Employees need classes in customer service and all management need leadership classes.

Absolutely the most inefficient place
Absolutely the most inefficient, horrible, most expensive pharmacy around. The workers in the drive through are particularly rude and are not willing to answer questions as to why there are enormous and outrageous copays. My name on my prescription was spelled completely wrong when it was double checked multiple times and on top of that you couldn’t understand a word the guy said.
