I had bought a copper sleeve conpression, needed to return in, wrong size. Nick cashier stated I was unable to do so. I asked for manager, manager name is crystal come up to where I am standing " what's up" nick stated I had a return and was questioning why I couldn't return, Crystal being some what loud, explains I should have read the note on the counter, which there is 4-5 taped down notes. I said with the covid I should not stand around and read notes I try to get in and out. That maybe in the future point it out there are no returns, Crystal was rude, disrespectful, very aggravated towards me. I told her she should not be speaking to any customer in the tone she was using ( I've been in a manager position) customers should be treated " as customer is right" with her tone she ( crystal) stated oh no customers are not right. When I asked her her name she stated it, and walked off to a storage room. I go to this cvs offten and know most of the employees, they are very helpful and do a great job. Crystal should not be a Manager, dealing with the public or needs some Dale Carnegie classes, but should not at least be able to talk the way she did. I will be posting this on neighborhood website, I'll be calling headquarters, I will post her name every chance I can. April 23, 2020 at 12 noon

I am recommending to all of my patients in my practice to use another pharmacy other than CVS. Most of my patients have been dissatisfied with CVS's pharmacy service for sometime and open to a better alternative then an uncaring retail chain. There is a lack of professionalism throughout this organization and the CVS electronic system causes a variety of errors that prevents people from getting their medications as prescribed. When you call corporate expect a long wait time on the phone, expect to be transferred to the wrong department such as HR and don't expect to have your issues resolved. I am in the process of encouraging many of my colleagues to minimize the use of CVS in their practices also.

If I could give zero stars, I would. If you are a veteran using minute clinic, expect to get billed for the full amount because they dont put the insurance info in. The cust. Service numbers for minute clinic isnt monitored,they disregard letters and updated billing info and turn you over to collection agencies. Corp office is outright rude, puts you on hold repeatedly in the middle you talking and refuses to let you talk to anyone at corp and say you have to talk to the minute clinic number that isnt monitored apparently, as i have been calling regularly since jan 2020 on hold for over an hour with no answer. So no excuses its about Covid19. The collection agency doesn't answer calls either

Pharmacy at 1250 west main Durant Ok is a terrible place to go.They act like they don't need your business.Picked up a script today in drive thru had to wait naturally.The clerk was rude and didn't want to help me and threw my script in the drawer with no thank you or anything.By the way the drawer they push out was nasty and looked like it had never been cleaned.

Desperately looked for hand sanitizer for days and then found some on cvs. Ordered it. The day before it's supposed to be shipped they send me an email stating it's out of stock. Teased me like that in a serious time of need. You just lost a customer for life!

You people suck how are you going to tell people what they need if they already know, stop screwing with my husband medicine that he needs,you people need to get your stuff together. He is out of trulicity for a month now!!!! Really you people are playing with people lives,you suck big time!!!!

I phoned the CVS location at 580 Moraga Rd., Moraga, CA concerning the availability of face masks for sale. I was told that they were in stock and immediately headed to the store for purchase. When I entered the store, I asked a young male employee where the masks were located. He went to the 2nd counter over and returned with one mask. I then asked where the masks were located for public sale. He informed me that only 1 mask priced at $1.99 was all the public could purchase per day, but that I was welcome to return 7 days a week to purchase 1 per day. In order to stop the spread of Covid-19 virus, the public has been advised not to frequent stores more than necessary, buy what is needed in one trip, not to return repeatedly and endanger not only yourself, but others in case you are infected without your knowledge. I also feel that the price of 1 disposable mask at the price of $1.99 is price gouging. Being asked to come back everyday in order to purchase 1 overpriced mask is not helping to stop the spread of Covid-19, but encouraging new infections.

I picked up a prescription from CVS today. I took it out of the bag later after getting home, they filled it wrong they gave me 100mg pill instead of a 25 mg pill. The prescription was changed on March 6,2020 by his cardiologist and called into CVS at 25 mgs from the 100mg so it was filled wrong, I called them and they said no one told them.Well they have filled it right 2 times since it was changed and it was right. That's another thing also I have told them not to fill anything until I call it in, his medication is change often, but this keeps on happening. They said they would not take the medicine back, but they did when they gave me another person's medication. I have been a customer for a long time 20yrs. + but I am thinking very seriously about changing to a another pharmacy. I don't know if I'll get any response from you or not, but this has really upset me. Thanks for listening. The CVS that I'm talking about is 503 Main St. Louisa, Va. 23093
