CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

This so call Manager- who don't have an ID, didn't respond to my question when I ask his name ( his answer was look in paper- paper said a female LINNETTE and he's a male- using someone else register). Store # 591 CVS Coral Gables Miami- 87 Ave SW 24 ST - made me wait 10 min while he sat right there near register.. I said good morning- no response, I had the guard there witness all. I wanted to buy 3 pack of toilet paper-(mom, sister, myself- They older can't be moving around). shelves packed. He refuse. Worked 5/03/20 6:10 am. Older gentleman - Original manager off. The guard said he was in a bad mood. This is unacceptable.

CVS online order got messed up. I never received my 2nd product. I ordered 2 products and had a free shipping promotion. When I contacted them, they claimed I ordered one product and that the rest I was charged for shipping. I sent them back a copy of my receipt that showed the no shipping charge. I sent another follow up email as well, I‘ve heard nothing back at all, and it’s been almost 2 weeks. Sad that they would lose a customer over the refund I asked for.

I was in a shirley ny cvs on 5/1/20 and was talked down to by a worker and managment and they threated to call the cops on me for being a paying customer cvss are horrible they should all go out of business

Cvs employees in highland Indiana on ridge and grace told me to quit using there app because they dont know how to use precheck out .also today started argument over phone with my wife instead of explaining this medicine can not be stopped suddenly but it will tomorrow because of them . got text med on order yesterday today got text contacring doctor for alternative i called and now say insurance wont cover and i cant pay cash this is 4th fill this year???? Transfered all 22 scrips to family owned Vyto's.

Worst company to have to get meds from and they will not fill the rx at all

The "V" for value in CVS is definitely NOT TRUE!!! They are the Highest priced on ALL their items!! You would be hard pressed to find a store with HIGHER PRICES!! Their BOGO at half price is a joke along with their 2 foot long register receipt with items on sale that are way over priced to begin with.

Reidville rd store was a bad experience and rude customer service

Pharmacy Manager, Henry Huynh - NPI 1235770769 of store #9668 is extremely rude to all customers. I highly suggest this employee be retrained on how to appropriately interact with customers. There are extensive complaints about this employee from the Menifee #10434 location that this person use to work. There are a lot of reviews about this person's behavior that can be found online. He seems to have a high ego and thinks he's better than everyone. He belittles his customers and coworkers, mistreats them, and his actions certainly do not reflect the oath of the pharmacist. CVS, check on your employees. I can say, without a doubt, tons of complaints about this employee can be found. Do not continue to let them disrespect all customers and even coworkers.
