Fatima in the East Greenbush, NY store is an exceptional staff member. Every time I shop in this store she goes out of her way to be helpful and lets you know that she values you as a customer. Because of Fatima's courtesy and work ethic I will continue to shop at this store.

I have been going to the CVS in Willoughby Hills, Ohio on Chardon Road, Store #4348 for about five years. I would like to compliment the pharmacy staff for always being courteous and professional with me. They are usually very busy but get the job done. Recently (9/15/20) got a flu shot. I had signed up for a time slot on my phone, filled in all the answers, provided my signature but apparently the information did not get to store and I received no confirmation via phone but they still took me right away. Store could maybe use a coat of pain and new carpet, but I'd rather have the quality of people there (and I mean everyone is great) than frills. They deserve recognition. Thank you.

I overlooked the expiration date on a hard -to-get medication and was kindly and professionally helped by CVS Pharmacist Remi. She volunteered to contact my doctor's office for a new prescription and helped find a CVS that had the rare medication on hand. Hats off to Pharmacists like Remi!

I needed help with switching over my prescriptions to the Single Care Card, so that I could save on my prescriptions. I got great customer service from Rubad at the CVS Pharmacy off Hebron & 121. It's not everyday that you get someone that goes out of there way to help like she did, and I really appreciate the manners and professionalism she displayed. Thank you!
