Worst customer service, worst computer system of any pharmacy in my 62 years and I've been an RN for 40 years. They haven't deserved even 2 stars in 2 full years. Only go because I have to due to employer plan.

I live an hour away from my elderly mother and she was just exposed to the coronavirus. I found out that she has lost her thermometer and she should have a new one right away so she can track her temperature in case she has contracted the virus. So I just called the CVS pharmacy in her neighborhood and explained the situation, asking if I could pay for the thermometer over the phone, and have someone else pick it up for her, or maybe even have it delivered since it's very hard for her to get out of the house. And all the lady said to me was, "We don't take credit cards over the phone." Then there was dead silence. So she offered no options, no nothing. Shame on whoever is in charge of hiring staff at CVS pharmacy on High Street in Pottstown PA. You should try to find employees who are friendly and helpful.

You need to tell your pharmacy tech at the Pekin Illinois location that wearing her latex gloves is cross contaminating everyone's items she touches and we don't appreciate it. Is she just to lazy to sanitize after each customer if it's really necessary. Ive gotten all my prescriptions from there for years and I'm going to have things transferred to Walgreens if she waits on me with those gloves again. I don't want to hear about your Covid 19 safety rules.

Called CVS about a problem and the people on the other end know nothing and try to feed you an answer that sounds good but if you question the answer they contradict what they just told you, so nothing gets resolved it is like the old joke "Who's of first" can not get a straight answer

I am getting low on toilet paper and paper towels so I took a chance on CVS having the items. I was waiting at the door with a dozen other people for CVS to open. We all rush to the paper product isle. NO price tags on toilet paper and paper towels. I needed the items, so I go to check out. I felt so violated. Cottenelle Ultra 9 Mega $16.79 (Walmart price online $9.97), and Bounty SAS 2 Double $7.79 (Elsewhere $4.99). This is price gouging, and I do not appreciate a reputable and trusted corporation such as CVS taking advantage of this crisis. I could of used the overpayment of these products on something to eat. Disgraceful.

I USED to go to CVS to pick up ALL my medication and otc pharmacy related items. Then, one day the same medication I frequently picked up, the price jumped from $30 to $118. When I asked the people there why, they told me it was a 90 day supply (normally it was a 30 day supply). I figured, even though it STILL seemed a little expensive I’ll get it because then I wouldn’t have to come back for a while. I just trusted the pharm tech and paid and b4 I walked out the store, something told me to check the bag and look and LOW AND BEHOLD it was the same bottle I normally get what clearly say (in fine print) 30 day supply. SCAMMED! Then they fed me a line about due to Covid-19 we can’t take it back. I NEVER LEFT THE GODDAMN STORE and JUST STEPPED AWAY FROM THE COUNTER. When I researched it, EVERYWHERE I looked everybody says the damn stuff should be under $50. So, why the hell did they scam me into paying $118? Price gouging because of a pandemic and financial loss? Employee theft? Why would the damn tech LIE to me like that? Is she dyslexic? How often do they pull this stunt? They told me to call the corporate office and I did and they fed me a line right before close of business 2 days later in a voicemail message after my phone rang 2x and stopped b4 I could pick it up!! They lost my money. I’ll NEVER SO MUCH AS CONSIDER ON MY DARKEST DAY TO EVER ENTER ANOTHER ONE AGAIN. Walmart here I come!

Ordered 4 items online on April 26. Order indicated delivery on May 6th. As of May 5th my order had not been processed. There is no customer service representative you can talk with to get current information just an endless series of worthless automated telephone options.This company is obviously run by management that does not care what its customers think or if they are well served.Online home delivery is horrid!

Worst Pharmacy in America! They never answer phone! Auto system wakes you up every morning even if you have no prescriptions. Rude service! Removed all our family's scripts over to Walgreens. 100% better and STAFFED!!! Had to get an emergency antibiotic as wife has pneumonia and the CVS on Orange Blossom in Cape Coral lost the Prescription ?? That's right: they always have problems ALWAYS! Never answer phone! Just horrid service! They operate on borderline criminal! STAY AWAY!!
