I am 69 years old, i called CVS pharmacy at 119 Lincoln bl. Santa Monica where i shop all the time. I was looking for antibacterial wipes and other products. They told me that they had 2 Lysol antibacterial wipes left. I rushed to go get them since they dont hold. I needed one for myself and another for my friend who is homebound and recently had a heart procedure! The manager "Jenny" who is absolutely not humanitarian! refused to sell me 2 Lysols and claimed that it was only one per customer. I tried to explain that the other was not for me and still would not sell the other last bottle. She was very rude and should be fired!!!! I was so upset i went to another CVS down the street to look for hand soap as well. There they didn't have the Lysol however the staff was nice and welcomed you ! I asked how many antibacterial items can i buy and the manager said you can buy 2 of each items you need!! That tells you that Jenny was just not a helpful person and should not be in Customer Service!!!!

went to the location on 119th and penn in oklahoma city and got skipped several times , its like appointments didnt even exist..made 2 more appointments while waiting for 2 hours , still got skipped ....dont waste your time here because you can make an appointment but they wont receive it...and if you wait ,they will just ignore you and sit in theyre office with no customers and still not see you....this place is a joke...3 days , numerous appointments and i showed up early each time and still no visit....tried to call theyre main office and got bouced around on hold for a few hours and nobody spoke with me...if i could give 0 stars i would.....

Customer service sucks. I placed online order and was to receive $52 worth of extra care bucks in order on May 7th. I didn’t see where order pickuped up my 52$ with extra rewards. I spent 2 hrs on phone with extra care dept and cvs.com dept. They could not help me. They instructed me to call back when order was processed. I sent email on line in 8 th they didn’t even bother to text me back. On May 12th I spend another 2 hr and 15 minutes on phone. After a hour and half wait the extra care dept employee hung up on me and didn’t even bother to call me back, send email or put rewards on my card. HOW RUDE! Called back on May 13 th spent another 2 hrs on phone. The Corp office, consumers affairs Barbara, CVs.com supervisor, sBarbara, Extracare card dept. An employee gave me a non working customers relations phone no. I talked with Janet on May 13th in CVs.com also. None of these departments could give me my 52 dollars in extracare bucks they owe me on order no 234618488. They just transfer you from dept to dept. The employees are rude uninformed. CVS doesn’t care about it customer. Extracare dept all I want is the 52$ in Extra care put on my card. I asked to speak to extra care dept supervisor and was told by employees that a customer couldn’t speak to a supervisor directly and they couldn’t give them my phone no to call me back. You SUCK CVS,

I ordered six items on cvs.com. I only received one and that was something I didn't need but only ordered for shipping purposes. They cancelled five items and did not credit my account yet. My cvs account is out over $22. Tried calling them but only got disconnected. In the past when I emailed them they never responded. If they don't respond in the five days they said they would I'll be contacting BBB as others have. Fingers crossed.

CVS refuses all exchanges and returns bc of COVID. Bought infrared thermometer wont even turn on. returned same day. they wont refund or exchange bc of Covid. What??? receipt says returns with receipt no issue.

(Store # 03866-115 Palm Beach Gardens, Florida) My visit to this store occurred on 2/27 around noon. This visit required a refund of $200 and an incident report was filed. It is 11 weeks later and I still have not received my refund. In the past 11 weeks I have called numerous times, in which I either get hung up on, I get a representative that does not speak English, or they tell me I will receive the refund that day. It has been 11 weeks with the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I plan to post a review about my experience with CVS everywhere until I get this refund.

Worst ever have been to minute clinic over five times and tried to set up appt and they have no history of my visits. Calling only makes it worse I will switch! Wires are crossed they want you to set up new acct and when you do it says that address already has account and all of mine info is wrong. Kind of scary

Prices on shelves are not accurate. The sales staff is good and tries to hdlp with probldms and discrepancies but can't without ghe Manager's assistance...forget that!!! You can either pay the wrong (higher) price or just not buy the item. ***try to e-mail CVS customer service... If you search CVS Customer Service all you can get is a phone #... Obviously they don't want compaints in writing...
