I agree with the folks who want to give zero stars. CVS, both locally and corporate, has probably the worst customer service I have seen. Most recently, I received a robocall saying my drug was on back order and they were contacting my physician. I worked through the painful phone tree until I got a pharmacist. It turns out that he hadn't checked other CVSs and actually had 75 of the 90 pills I needed. However, his knee jerk reaction was to ask my doctor to change the prescription. My problems: Why did I get a robocall instead of talking to a pharmacist? Why is the first solution to change the medication?

I would give my experience 0 stars if I could,I've only had the worst CVS customer service experience with the cashier #1350198 her name RUTH, she works on the CVS of 281 Connecticut Ave Norwalk Ct, she is an unpleasant, grumpy, short-tempered person, I just gave her some discount coupons, she just had to do her job with kindness, so that they work there if they don't know how to serve a customer, please they must improve the staff, more sympathy and good customer service, very unpleasant people work there.

Nice people but
Nice people but, I always have trouble using GoodRx coupons I’ll have brand new ones and they won’t take them or they say they don’t work. Also with logging into the app they will not let me access my account I’ve tried to reset my password and it would ask me the security question. I’d put my correct answer in a hundred times and it says it’s wrong and locks me out. You’re no help to me and I should switch pharmacies.

Shopped at the CVS in the Covid 19 era
Shopped at the CVS in the 2400 block of East Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA,92027.
There were no sanitizing wipes available at the store entrance and nothing to say that the shopping carts had been cleaned. Part of the checkout was covered with fabric for no apparent reason.
I won’t shop at CVS again unless they improve their safety procedures.

Rewind the store tape at 7:30am
I don’t even know where to start. I had went into the store 56th and Fowler in Tampa, Fl the worst customer service from two cashier associates that were working the front post. When I tell you one of the worst experiences in quite some time. I have made a purchase on 4/9 the item was unsealed and not touch due to me purchasing the incorrect item, the purchase total was $141.72 this is including the taxes, keep in mind when making the purchase I have also used my CVS reward card to gain added points, when I went back to the store on 4/22 their manager Chris advise me during this time period they were not accepting back returns due to COVID19, however this item can be returned at a later date that he would honor the return, addition to what was said on the receipt I had until 6/8 to return the product regardless. So I went back to the CVS store I made the purchase from on 5/22, I didn’t have my receipt at the time thinking the store had the functionality of you scan the barcode on the box, also considering I used my CVS rewards my information would populate in their system, which it did and the young lady there at the time Emily was helpful, I advised her what the first manager said he would accept the return without a problem, she contacted him over the phone and he said he don’t recall the conversation, of course not when your dealing with many consumers daily without me speaking to him directly to possibly refresh his memory, so Emily said we can provide you with a store credit, which I didn’t feel I needed or would use in a timely matter, so I took the item back out the store with me until I found my receipt. Guess what happened on Memorial Day, I’m cleaning out my file cabinet and found my receipt, I was excited that this was found so my debit card can now be refunded, walk back into the store around 7:30am with my pajamas bottoms on thinking this process I would be in and out, once I walked into the store the first thing the associate Layne ask him without seeing or knowing what I’m returning. DO YOU HAVE YOUR RECEIPT, he looked at the receipt like it was blank with nothing on it, mind you the receipt display that store location where the item was purchase the date and time stamped, and most importantly the item that was purchase and the time frame I had to return the item. He never took the item out the bag to scan the barcode, Ne Layne said he couldn’t take the item back due to there not being a barcode on the receipt, just so you know universal be careful with the e-electronic receipt a barcode never displayed when printing my copy however everything was displayed, look I felt I was racially profiled this dude made up his mind maybe when he seen my black reflection walking through the door with pajamas bottoms on returning an item over $100.00 I must be whack and on crack or something this associate and his counter partner we would call him big brother if you know what I mean jumped into our conversation to basically advise what they wasn’t going to do. I tried to keep my composure as long as I could but I can tell we need to change the stars in the universe I ask to speak to there manager, I was advise he was late his name is Paul that he was running 20mins behind. I waited in there parking lot and I’m the meantime called my significant other to meet me at the store because I felt something was about to go down.
Big brother was super rude and nasty telling him he didn’t basically need this type of interruption in his day because that day was his last day. Guys I’m not making this up, my significant partner went in to try to make sense out of why my item couldn’t be return, big brother ask the question to my partner did he purchase the item. WHAT! When I tell you rudeness it was rude. What happened next three police officers drove up into there parking lot. Story short I called corporate, I filed a complaint, the person on the phone emailed me another receipt with the barcode, police took my item in refund returned

The c v s in Denison threatened to fight my husband
The c v s in Denison tonight threatened my husband. Told him to met him back up there at 10 PM SO HE COULD GRIND HIS ASS!!!😡 no kidding he really said that. Also when my husband said he was calling the police the manager said who do you thiNk they will believe. It all started with him getting an old script instead of the correct one and they wouldn’t use my Medicare then we realize after he paid 170 that it was wrong and they wouldn’t refund..what absolute jerks they are.. wanting to fight 🙈
