The CVS in Apache Junction, Az is not the place to take your prescriptions it takes them a week to fill two. This has happen to me several times. The young Girl at the Drive thru gives dirty looks to you when she waits on you. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! It doesn't do any good to complain they hear you but they Don't listen!!!

I have spent over 4 H.R.S.On phone with c.v.s.Personell today.Serms my chart does not work.So can't get my covid test results.No one has been educated on information on how to obtain this info.Bad information all around.From pharmacy,Minute clinic,To calling them,To customer service.NOT A ONE NO ANYTHING.MAKES ME WONDER HOW MANY TEST THEY HAVE MESSED UP NOW.IT IS A VERY POOR CHAIN OF COMMAND..

I do not have health insurance, and I thought my current pharmacy was charging me too much for a name brand prescription, so I wanted to check the price at CVS. Unfortunately CVS's system doesn't allow you to get a price unless they have a prescription. So, with a great degree of difficulty, I moved the prescription to CVS, and with the benefit of their least knowledgeable employee, I was told that the price for my prescription was one thousand seven hundred and fourteen dollars. Thanks a lot! Finally got it from a Canadian Pharmacy DrugMartDirect.com for $149. Want to get robbed? Go to CVS.

There is a CVS in my hometown that every time I go into this store, the manager on duty never knows where anything is. Twice I’ve gone into this store and bought nail polish that was on sale and he helped me both times. The second time he claimed not to know where it was, even though I’ve had this problem before. He is also disrespectful towards me. I’ve been put in positions to stand up for myself to him and another manager twice now and every time I come into the store they talk behind my back and make negative judgments about me. All of the men who run this store are black. Don’t worry, I’m a black woman and the sad part about it is that I expect to be disrespected more by black men than white men. It’s not my responsibility to do the managements job. I’m a customer. But they don’t treat me like a customer. The store is located in an affluent neighborhood, might I add and in the south black women who are in affluent neighborhoods get labeled whores and prostitutes. I worked my way into this neighborhood. I didn’t sleep my way here. Needless to say, CVS sucks. I am so sorry to take it out on the entire corporation but please stop hiring black people to look diverse, or more inclusive, or whatever if they aren’t qualified for the job.

The worst services ever. My daughter had cold symptoms and wen to CVS to get the COVID test done and the Company they use is MinuteClinic. The website announce result in 2 - 4 days but she has been waiting for 6 days and still have no answer. Calls or emails to get information regard the result are useless and nobody seen to be responsible or have knowledge of anything. CVS and/or this absolute irresponsible Minute Clinic Company that looks like do not care about patients but about money.

CVS as a company borders on the side closest to incompetence. I say company because we are constantly in battles with on the ground pharmacy personnel about orders and prescription details that are on the website and are confirmed by email. I feel somewhat bad for pharmacy people (somewhat because they have their own issues around competence) because the technology prescription systems the CVS has for online prescriptions and prescription information is horse manure (and this is being complimentary). Almost every time I place an online order and receive email confirmation, they do not get it or they get it wrong. When I refer to the online prescription information, they universally confirm that online system is bad and unreliable as a matter of accepted fact. This not new has been going for as long as I can remember. Doesn't seem CVS has the technology skills or money to fix it. The fault though is on me for expecting CVS prescription system technology to actually work, and for thinking a company like CVS would have reliable technology in the 21st century. Not sure how the people who run CVS manage to keep the company in business. For shareholders, I would review my investment. As for Pharmacists and pharmacy support, I feel sorry you have to pay for your companies incompetence daily.

En este tiempo de pandemia y sin trabajo Ho quise cambiar un producto que me hicieron retenerlo 2 meses y lo que gicieron es que no me devolvieron el dinero de el producto y no quisieron cambiarmelo y sin trabajo lo peor. Muy malo lo que están haciendo en esta farmacia

Why I can not buy a photo book to send as gift to my son who lives in US....? Walgreens allowed me to do it.
