The worst run chain ever. Takes forever to pick up prescriptions, the check out lines are forever long & for no reason. They work at a snail pace. I’ve been to a few. Same routine

Says my meds have been filled. Three days later nope. Need for pre-op and after 3 days nobody does anything! Anthem forces me to use them. Uncaring associate also.

My mother who is 91 has to use prescription eye drops. Her most recent bottle had a leak - it was dripping out and the seal on the bottle wasn't even opened. She put tape around the bottle to see if she could stop the leak. Because of the tape CVS wouldn't replace it. I called the manufacturer - they said IF OK with CVS they would have CVS replace my mom's bottle and thye would replace the bottle with CVS at NO CHARGE to CVS - BUT CVS said no!! Now she has to pay retail price to replace a defective bottle. For what reason did CVS say no - because an elderly person tried to fix the problem - they didn't even look closely at the bottle to see the seal was still in place. If her insurance didn't require her to use CVS we would NEVER go there again. NEVER had issues with "drug" stores. AND I'm not even getting into how rude the lady that helped me was - while talking to me - she stopped and helped someone else!

Tried to get delivery due to the communistic ways im being kept away from the stores. Cant even get a phone number for the service. Its been removed and calling the local or other cvs numbers to get the delivery number to start the service was met with personal questions. They refused to give me a phone number until i divulged all my personal information. Just to get a phone number. To hell with cvs. The local cvs refused to help me when i went in with my pills and asked for delivery. They refused to help me in any way. Told me to get online and do it myself.

This place doesn’t deserve the one star I gave them but it wouldn’t let me give no stars. Worst customer service ever!!! The employees don’t know where anything is and don’t care. I’ve been to the CVS in Aurora inside the Target store three times and always end up going somewhere else to find what I’m looking for. This place is a complete waste of time. Walgreens has always had what I need and are willing to help

One star is too much for this ridiculous Pharmacy. Every time I’ve gone in the last few years to any CVS I’ve always had issues of some sort. Their customer service is ridiculous and the attitudes from every person in the pharmacy almost is one of the literally hate their jobs and hate human beings. How is CVS still in business?

I placed an online order in April when my local stores had limited stock during the pandemic. CVS.com shipped me the wrong items and said they would reship the items ordered. I then received an email saying my order was cancelled. I have made several calls to customer service to get a refund or to get the correct item ordered. Yesterday I spent almost 2 hours on the phone, got disconnected twice, was placed on hold multiples times for over 15 minutes and finally hung up because I was not going to waste another minute of my time knowing the outcome would be the same. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering. A company that has 80% bad reviews should not even be in business. I sent CS an email demanding that they refund my money or ship the items ordered, we'll see what happens but I'm not confident this will be resolved soon.

I received an order from CVS online. The order was incorrect. I attempted to get a return authorization. After nearly an hour of attempting to understand the people ( English was obviously their 2nd language ) I was some how connected to ups????. Never order from CVS online!!!
