Nasty, cynical, pharmacy staff. To my observations they are staffed with never smiling, never friendly, miserable with their jobs, can't think for themselves "robots"! I have to use this disgraceful excuse for a (pharmacy?) because of insurance. My insurance used to be good at Walmart Pharmacy. What a wonderful bunch of pharmacy staffers they are and I miss every one of them!

This has been the worst experience…
This has been the worst experience ever! After being told I’d have my results within 2-4 days, now on day 5 to no avail, I am still having symptoms and could possibly have gotten someone else sick. I self quarantined but I still like to know what avenues to take from here! Come on CVS you’ve got to do better, people’s lives hang in the balance. If you can’t handle the business of testing then get out😡😡

The worst ever service in this world..
The worst ever service in this world... I will never , never, never go back to CVS. I don’t know where to begin, but in short, please do not waste your time and be fooled with their advertising material. I compare CVS pharmacy to a third world country pharmacy customer service ...

Horrible CVS at N. Eldridge
My CVS pharmacy is at 5725 N. Eldridge Parkway. Its service is horrible. It has already taken almost two weeks and I have not got the orders filled yet. I have made numerous phone calls and stopped by three times. first of all, They held orders without informing me why. when I called, they said the orders missed the diagnosis codes. Instead of calling my PCP, they just held the orders do nothings. after I called pCP and fixed the issues, they come up the medicare B issues, internet connections issue........; right now, two weeks past, I still have not got my prescriptions yet. I give up and will try to transfer to other pharmacies. I will change my policy and move to others next year.

CVS Covid-19 test fail
I went to CVS on Cochran Road in Pittsburgh on June 24th for a COVID-19 test, and I'm really wishing I had gone to a completely different test provider. CVS's "Minute Clinic" COVID-19 testing website says that test results are delivered in 2 - 4 days. Eight days later, I'm still waiting for my test results, with no way to check status or even confirm that the test kit actually went to the lab (which is a concern, because we know people whose tests went astray). I gather now that CVS uses Quest Diagnostics for test processing, but apparently, in the age of computers, bar code scanners and the Internet, CVS has no on-line tracking tool, no updates, no patient-facing integration with the lab, no ownership of delays, and no contact information for anyone at CVS, Quest or MyChart (CVS's third party test reporting website). After calling the pharmacy here at the end of day four, their staff told me that it is actually more like 4 - 6 days, and that they have no means of checking with Quest or even a contact number for me to check with Quest. They recommended that I continue to wait patiently, and that if I want to ask Quest for a status update, I can look up Quest's contact info on its website. With that advice, at day six, I looked for contact information at Quest's website (none), and yesterday morning, I set up an account with Quest in the faint hope that Quest will update me on status. No luck on that, because the tests through CVS are apparently not logged on Quest's system. Yesterday, I called CVS's patient contact number (not easy to find) and persevered through a two-person, hour-long "please hold due to heavy call volume" saga that culminated in the second person telling me that it's really more like SEVEN BUSINESS days. (Query, six months into a global pandemic that has killed over 130,000 Americans, the country's largest test providers are not working on tests 24x7? Really?) She also said that then, at day seven, she would send a message to Quest asking them to prioritize my test. This person, for her part, while polite, was not easy to find, which suggests that CVS has no personnel allocated to following up on delayed test results. That being said, I would bet dollars to donuts that CVS has billed my insurance, because that they seem to know how to do. Which means that if I go elsewhere for another test, my insurance probably won't cover it. Meanwhile, CVS's website still says "COVID-19 lab testing returns results within 2-4 days," and I still don't have my test results on day eight. I have been polite and patient, because I understand the problem of high volume, but CVS's service claims are nonsense, their process is weak, and their customer service ethic is undetectable. The fact that it's so hard to find anywhere at CVS to express concerns is itself a pretty strong indication of their lack of interest in improving their performance. This is not encouraging as we continue through this crisis.

For 5 days I waited for my…
For 5 days I waited for my prescriptions to be delivered. I was charged for them but when I called the CVS pharmacy now located in Schnucks grocery store in St. Louis Missouri on Arsenal Avenue the gentleman who answered the phone was not only condescending but when I told him that my blood pressure was reaching a crisis stage he wanted to know why I didn’t come and pick up the prescriptions myself. He then informed me that the prescriptions where picked up on Friday and would take up to 3 days to deliver them the three mile distance. They never delivered them and after four phone calls and six days I was finally able to get a refund. I walked to Walgreens and got my Rx filled in one hour. Not only will CVS never have me as a customer again but Shnucks grocery has also lost my business.
