Talk about avoidance of responsibility! I got a CoVid19 drive-through test because I am a healthcare worker AND have at-risk people in my life. I was told 1-3 days for processing. The appointments ran late, they had my email wrong, the box to put the samples in was overflowing. Then I never got the link to get my results. I assume the girl never corrected my email even though I told her it was wrong and gave her the correct one. When I called I was told it was now 5-7 days for results, and NO ONE could help me get the link sent. It was always someone else's department. I was kept on hold for hours and moved from place to place. Finally got a call today and they left a message, stating they were re-sending the link. EVERY person I have talked to I have told the email is WRONG. They didn't listen. There was no contact information to return the call, I was just told that if they noticed I haven't pick up my results in a week or so, they will call back again "sometime"

I have had orders delivered to my address in the past. Somehow they sent my last order to a past address in NYC. I called customer service and got an indifferent 'You will have to track that with UPS'. But the whole website is a disaster. Hard to find things, hard to place orders, slow a molasses, and not really inexpensive, despite the coupon hype. I find lower prices on products elsewhere and their prescription prices are through the roof. Beware.

Don’t go!!! Go somewhere else pay someone money. Don’t use cvs and get frustrated like I did save your money go to the doctors office where you will deal with a professional instead of a kid like we did at cvs. Don’t use cvs

The CVS store in Sarasota at Clark rd. Is the worst I have seen in customer care. I just called and they immediately put me on hold for 15 minutes. I tried to call back to talk to the pharmacist but they won't connect me without 10 questions. I have spent a lot of time writing in line in doors and the drive up. I wish I had option but this is the pharmacy my insurance has chosen. The manager and pharmacist need to be replaced.

Never seem to have pharmacy staff on South Highland Ave in Ossining, NY. Just waited almost 20 minutes on hold to get info that’s not available on line. No time estimate, no idea where you are in queue. No apology for long wait. Two weeks ago was waiting in drive through. Line not moving in over 10 min. I call store & find out someone is getting a covid test. How are people in cars waiting supposed to know that? Went inside & complained & treated rudely by pharmacy clerk. Asked for store manager - told store manager in front. When I insisted store manager be called - there was no store manager up front. Pharmacy manager was polite but apparently not equipped to take suggestions either. Staff needs customer service training.

They are always out of my prescription. They always say they cannot fill the prescription for at least a week. Terrible Customer service.

This morning I dropped off a prescription and the lady told me it would take 1 to 1 1/2 to get filled. I gave it two hours and went to pick it up and another lady told me she didn’t have until she found out that they didn’t take my insurance, so I asked her give me the total without insurance, I then asked her to go ahead and get it filled and she told me it would take another 15-20 minutes, I had already waited over two hours and she wanted me to wait longer. The thing that bothers me the most is didn’t the other lady call me and let me know that they didn’t take my insurance, this goes to show the bunch of inept personnel they have working at the 7395 Padre Island Hwy. Brownsville location. I can guarantee you I will never do business there ever again.
