CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

I visited CVS location 43rd and Locust Street #2755 on 1/23/21 Let me just say Greg Dennis customer service is definitely ABOVE and Beyond. Might I mention it was 6am and normally the exhaustion kicks and or it is way to early. Not at all the case with Mr. Greg. He was soooo friendly and assisted me at Check Out. I was truly in Awe. This should be recognized by all. He is truly a representative for CVS so BRAVO to YOU! Continue exhibiting that Human Concern and Care for customers that can by no means be brought (an internalized skill that shows you love what you do...) Thank you so much for making my shopping so easy and so very pleasant! Stay safe and stay blessed!

I relocated to Woodsville, NH in Oct with the pandemic still with us. Was finding it a major hassle to find a Dr. and get my RX's transferred. Luckily for me, I chose CVS, and met up with Pharmacist John. He was so incredibly helpful and the ultimate professional. He went out of his way to get everything sorted out. Haven't met a bad employee there yet, but pharmacist John deserves to be singled out for his exceptional customer service at the Woodsville CVS!

I had a covid test done at CVS. It went very smoothly, was a short wait and the results came back within 3 days! Staff person who assisted me was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure I had a good experience! Thanks!!

All CVS stores, the one I use most is 315 broad st,cumberland, are great the store staff and pharmacy staff are fantastic, the only complaint I have is with the pharmacy automated system, when your auto voice is trying to say a script name,it is very hard if not impossible to understand..you should do away with that and just use the order number

We are fortunate to have CVS Store , 2801 Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY # 4610, only a 5min. drive from our home. Very professional , friendly staff, also always a clean, well kept store. Thanks! Keep up the good work.

I joined CVS Carepass and it’s unbelievable how much I’m saving. We joke about those long receipts full of coupons, but seriously, who else offers so much? I’m a big fan. Had one bad experience ordering something online from them, but it was a one time thing and I was impatient I guess. Honestly amazing store. Also, CVS Health branded products are super high quality.

This stars are for employer Brandon I am the one who put last review and was mistreated by CVS stuff and after looking for the recipe, BRANDON was a gentleman and take care me and gave me my refund. Mike the manager of the store never called me but the company who they contracted (by CVS) to make our life difficult called just to tell me they won't refund me. Well after hours looking all over, we found the receipt and this young guy was a gentleman and treat me with lot respect and proceeded with my credit. So for that reason, I will give BRANDON a 5 star.

today, Wednesday 7 October, I visited my CVS branch at 2630 W El Camino Real Mountain View, 94040. The head lady pharmacist was extremelye knowledgeable and helpful.
