Worst customer service ever. I was at CVS Bethesda and a lady kicked us out of the store for accidentally ripping off a tag and lashed out. She thought we were recording and said we have to “pay and leave”. She has no authority to do so. We are guys and we passed through the Beauty aisle while shopping and thought we were messing around. Hire better people, CVS!

Horrible experience. I paid extra for their new program and was promised my medical equipment order in 1-2 days. It’s been a week and it hasn’t even shipped yet. Now I’m in physical pain, but it doesn’t even compare to the psychological torture of dealing with their customer service phone line. I was passed from person to person, waited hours, had to verify my personal info over and over again with questions even more ridiculous than my bank. DOB + SSN + Address ++ I will NEVER buy from CVS online again. Recommendation: buy from somewhere else

Awful. A disaster, close to a month to deliver a over the counter pills. Never againg will order from them. This is my order #256521773

I have not received my CVS.COM order. Been almost 1 month. NEVER have had a problem with ordering online. I order online because I am 65+ and want to avoid store/public contact. I have spoken with customer service via phone numerous times and they keep saying it's in process. Originally I received 2 delivery dates via email stating delivery within a few days to a week after the order date. Then received an email saying it's delayed. Since, then there have been no further emails with updates. I have to keep calling CVS.COM because they don't reach out to me. Customer service keeps telling me a UPS label hasn't been generated yet or it hasn't made it to the UPS shipping center yet.. Huh??? I don't know what to believe anymore. I ended up going into a local CVS to buy the items I ordered online so I really don't need the order after all but it may be more complicated getting a refund. Frustrating.

I scheduled a COVID test Online which was done in the drive thru in Noblesville IN. I would not waste your time and laboratory resources on this “free” test. 1. A self administered test is worthless and extremely unreliable. It surprises me this is being done. 2. I experienced shoddy a protocol that lacked sterile controls. CVS placed a metal box at the drive thru which is open to anyone. After your test you open the box and put your tests with all the others. I had to push down other Covid tests because it was over flowing. I had gloves on but what about those who don’t? What about kids who may want to see what’s in the box and touch the specimens? COVID is suppose to be this mysterious disease that can kill ppl and yet they leave these specimens wide open to the public. Imagine if hospitals left their sharps containers and. contaminated waste outside their doors? I wonder if this is even HIPAA compliant. 3. Self administered test are not only unreliable,, but the fact they allow the specimens to bake in a hot metal box in the sun all day makes this test a joke. I believe this test has to remain at room temp. 4. Labs don’t have the Infrastructure to handle all these tests so why should they waste resources on these worthless tests? Most likely the money they get from insurance and various subsidies keeps this profitable scam going. I didn’t get my results for nearly a month. This is further proof this is a sham and I would NOT waste your time as well as the limited resources we have which needs to focus on Legitimate testing.

CVS Hartwell store Went to the ER yesterday for kidney stones. The doctor gave 3 Prescriptions. Doctor told me do NOT get the flomax fill until tomorrow bc the stone may pass and you will not need the medication. Went to CVS Hartwell today go get the flomax filled. The pharmacy team stated “you should of got this filled yesterday. We can’t not fill it until tomorrow”. I can’t not wait until tomorrow. The pharmacy does not close until 6. I tried to drop the prescription off at 4:30. Hey CVS I’m sure Kroger’s or Walgreens wouldn’t care to fill it. Thank you for taking care of your patients.

I’m very disappointed with cvs for over charging for a 32 oz germs hand sanitizer for $9.97 a bottle when across the street at Walgreens sold for $5.99 same size and at Target for $5.99 also I will not be buying very much from CVS if they are going to keep over pricing their products!!!!!!!

This pharmacy is horrible I have been on the phone on hold for over an hour just to see if they filled my prescriptions. They are obviously short staffed. It’s not like nitroglycerin is important or anything. Horrible pharmacy more like a factory mentality.
