I knew I should of went to Walgreens for a covid test instead !!! Went in on 08/23/20 with my husband to take covid test. 3 days later only his results came back. No email send to remind our tests are inputted in the computer. I tried to call for mine & try to speak to a worker. Of course they don’t answer & its all a voice message about the process I ALREADY WENT THROUGH!! CVS IS THE WORST!! STICK TO WALGREENS.

If I could give this pharmacy a <0 I would. It is the worst pharmacy in the world. Annoying reminders, double information on the computer so the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing. The pharmacist act as though they could care less. Switch to a neighborhood pharmacy obviously they are a little to high and mighty. Monopolies no bueno!!!!!

The worst CVS with customer service is on west airport and Gessner, nasty and very unprofessional. The pharmacy nurse talks to me like I owe her something. Very disrespectful. I lost $150. On a OTC card because they were unable to ring it up, I was told " I don't work for "ETB" which is a card for food stamps. I don't get food stamps. So what did she mean by that? With so much going on in the world today, this uneducated woman is as nasty as they come. I have been dealing with this for sometime now. Due to my health I am unable to get there to pick it up, but you can rest assured as soon as I am able to get up I will be changing my pharmacy. I want to be respected where I spend my money, if I can show them respect, I need to be shown the same. So I will remove my account plus ,my 2 grandchildren, my sister-in-law accounts we all need to find a place where we feel the slightest bit of respect for spending our money .with them. A were upset ex customer.

Where do I begin? Bottom line I love CVS as an alternative to Walgreens or Walmart. So I got talked into the ExtraCare Rewards program. I pay $5 each month on my credit card and in turn I get $10 credit towards store or online products. It all sounds good until the store tells me they do not have a record of my reward in June, then again in July and now August. Honestly, I let it go this long because of COVID concerns. Now I'm hopping mad. I called the ExtraCare Rewards customer service and after 58 minutes both on hold and speaking to someone I finally got my refund of the past 2 months. I would not join, I would not get roped into they plan to make you shop there to use a $5 credit when I can go to Walmart or Target and save that much on product I would buy at CVS with the credit (if I could get it). Ok, one more issue to mention. The company used by CVS for customer care is offshore. While I was told 17 times they were sorry for any inconvenience there is truly a language and cultural difference/barrier/challenge when attempting to speak to someone about a true concern. My one STAR goes to the poor customer service company staff who has to listen to frustrated CVS customers like me. I still like CVS over other stores but I'm starting my search for a pharmacy replacement. Maybe Schnucks? Maybe CostCo? Hmmmm, I'm on it! I'm done!

I received a message from CVS regarding a survey of their performance. Stated I would receive a $50 gift card. Fraudulent and deceptive advertising. You suck!!!

I go to do home deliveries but can't because of your inefficiency. Why the f!ck do I have to have your staff re-enter my copay cards every goddamn time I 've a refill. Nothing Changed! It wastes so much time for everyone. I'm going back to my other pharmacist! Fix your Sh!t! Fix it online and fix it in store. What a waste!

outdated 1980s style department store sales, unnecessarily complex coupon program which doesn't work half the time, toxic corporate company culture which pushes the underpaid employees to stress out. 2 people working a busy store during a pandemic because corporate cut hours, and lets not forget about the awful carepass program which frankly makes no sense other than to stress people out. They remain on the fortune 500 simply because they overexert their underpaid retail staff. This is not a healthcare company its a greedy retailer and if it died out the world would be better.

Magamia and Kevy are two of the most unprofessional staff members I have ever spoken to. Not ONE shred of decency, respect or care. Kevy is a big, nasty, bully who uses her position to be rude, hostile, uneducated, and plain vulgar. Horrendous customer service! You can't leave a complaint on the CVS portal because it keeps erroring out, there are no managers and I still don't have my much needed medication because a pharmacist and a tech thought it would be fun to play doctor. CVS is withholding fulfillment of my prescription and was negligent in processing my prescription initially. I had an appointment with my primary care doctor on Thursday 8/20 and they electronically sent over my prescription to CVS. I called at 4:40 pm on 8/21 to confirm that this as well as another prescription were ready for pick up. I was told by the pharmacist that she is not going to fill it because the doctor needs to be called when taking a new medication. All lies! Illegal, unethical, and discriminatory.
