You go to one pharmacy n they can’t fill one simple prescription in six hours even after telling them I have to work out of the area nope can’t do it. Then you go to another CVS pharmacy and they don’t have the medication but they can’t call another CVS to see if they have it in. They want your business yet they don’t want to go above n beyond then they get overwhelmed and you feel like you’re bothering them. I’m done with this Pharmacy. I just wasted almost 2 hours with the long lines only to find out that they cant help me.

I was at CVS store on Monday 8/31/2020
I was at CVS store on Monday 8/31/2020.
2305 Jonesboro rd Mcdonough Ga 30253.
I was looking for a item in the medicine dept. couldn't find so I went to Pharmacy counter. I was ignored for several minutes while the ladies helped 2 other people that came up after me. One of the ladies made eye contact with me then looked down like she didn't see me. I have never been so upset when dealing with so called professional people. I fell the problem is that I am different color from them. what a sad world we live in. I was thinking of moving my medicine needs to CVS. No longer thinking of that. This guy here will do without before entering another CVS store.

Twice the price for half the quantity.
I transferred my eye prescription I had been using to CVS I was shocked to receive half the size bottle I was used to getting for the same co-pay for a larger bottle. When I mentioned this to the CVS rep, she said this was the size allowed! I was supposed to get a 45 day amount, not a 20 day! Immediately I switched my medication back to my original pharmacy company I used for years.

So I went into the CVS in north…
So I went into the CVS in north Charleston sc on Ashley phosphate road to purchase a greendot card and I added 343.oo onto the card. I went home and tried to activate the card the recording said invalid #. So I return back to the cvs and talked to the cashier that I bought the card from and she tried to see if the card was valid, to my dismay it wasn't . So she passes it off to the store manager and the same result occurs so I'm getting frustrated at this point because they say that there's nothing that they can do about it. So I asked for the corporate number, I contact the corporate office and the same result they can't do anything about it. So they pass me off to green dots customers service office and I then had to send photos of the package, the card and receipt. They tell me to wait until two weeks is up I did and then they tell me there's nothing that they can do about it contact the police now if this isn't some B.S I don't know what is.

Poor customer service CVS Elizabeth City
CVS Elizabeth City is the worst ever. Their customer service sucks. I was overcharged twice for the same item by another store in another state. Although I had the receipt and the tag, they had to call the other store to verify that I'd only purchased one top. I have numerous RXs on file and had just spend over $30. The refund was for $12.99. I felt insulted because I was told they couldn't take my word for it. Needless to say, the Virginia Beach store offered to refund me although I would have to drive approximately 60 miles to get it. Poor customer service.

So I can't get my cash back
So I can't get my cash back ? Even if I used my debit card that is the same thing as cash, not a credit card but a debit card and instead of giving my money back you put it on a CVS gift card that can only be used at CVS ? Whisky Tango Foxtrot ! So y'all are basically stealing my money. Is this apart of your BS NEW WORLD ORDER?

At the CVS store in HOOPESTON
At the CVS store in HOOPESTON, IL, I’ve been a satisfied customer for many years. My husband and I are regulars there, so we get and use coupons. But today, while checking out at both the pharmacy, and at the retail side of the store, the service was impatient and rude. At the pharmacy, I couldn’t speak or move fast enough for the technician, who behaved as if I was an inconvenience to be there. Quickly, she urged me to state my birthdate- which I was speaking before she impatiently demanded it. Then, after she got my meds, I couldn’t get my card into the credit card machine fast enough for her. Yet, as I stood there later- waiting for the statement, “Remove card,” - she told me to take out my card. Now, please understand, my reflexes are fine. This pharmacy cashier was just being rudely impatient.
And then, it was more of the same at the front of the retail part of the store with another cashier. The set up at the counter was very crowded due to the plastic shield etc. But, after the cashier had started to check me out, she directed me to put my bags of rung up items onto the floor- yes, the floor, instead of letting me get a second cart, since my first cart was still full of items remaining to be rung up. While I tried to get more items up to the counter as fast as possible without her waiting, she continued to push bags of rung up items at me impatiently.
Now, the same young woman hadn’t been very nice out in the aisles earlier, when I’d asked about closing time. She had replied in an annoyed manner, “We close at six o’clock [pm] but you’ll have to figure out how long that is from now yourself, as I have no idea what time it is now!” So, though it proved to be an hour from closing time, I wasn’t surprised when she was so impatient with my use of coupons, and my large order on checking out.
The whole trip to the store today was a customer service fiasco. I was sweating with nerves as other customers with one item lined up behind me, though no one else at all had been in line when the cashier had started checking me out!
This experience was one of the most rude treatments by employees of a store that I’ve had in 49 years of married life. I’m 70, and would never in all my years have dreamt to treat the meanest of customers in the manner that I was treated in CVS today. And it’s a shame, because Megan and some other employees at that CVS store are great.
But today, after I’d put my purchases into my car and started back with my empty cart, a nice young man heading to the door saw me, and he offered to take the cart back for me. Gee, there actually are some nice, kind, and courteous, young persons in our country!
