Called in a refill still had 3 days to spare and it was a Monday. First trip to pick it up they said they were out of the medicine come back tomorrow. Next day said it would be ready tomorrow (again). Third trip they said when they got it in the prescription expired. So they said they had contacted the Doctors office. Fourth attempt to pick it up not ready. They said they had contacted the Doctor but not heard back so they’d try again. The person that helped me that day was really smug and laughing about it. I spoke to the Doctors office when I got home and they had never been contact by CVS. The Doctor faxes CVS a new prescription and 2 days later it was filled. I don’t understand why all the lies unless it was because it was covered by insurance and a very low dollar prescription.

I placed an order online on August 31. Part of the order is due for delivery on Sept. 9. The other part has not been processed. This is TERRIBLE. In the future I will order as much as possible from Amazon because that service is reliable. Even worst with CVS is my experience with the website which is often unresponsive over and over.

Howard Beach office is the worst. They do not even have the decency to pick up the phone. They leave you hanging for ever and ever. Walgreens is going to get all my business

It literally takes days to get a prescription refilled. Ordering online seems to take even longer. If you call to check on the status days after they say online that it will be ready you are just put on a perpetual hold and never get through to speak to a person. If and when these last prescriptions get filled I will be having them transferred to another pharmacy.

CVS is the worst. It took an hour and a half for them to get my RX sent to the pharmacy across the street. They literally just have to fax it. I called 4 times and was on hold longer than 5 minutes every time. Walgreens tried calling and could not get ahold of them Either. Walgreens had to send info to them multiple times before they got it done. Will absolutely never return To a cvs for a prescription or anything else . Meanwhile , waiting all of these hours to get my rx sent over from cvs I’ve been in extreme pain and discomfort.

Wow! What a nightmare. After 2 years of enduring mistakes every, month.............. wrong dosage, 20mg instead of 40mg, 30 pills in a bottle labeled 90, always told to go home and come back later in the day, I had another customers bags after I got in my car, etc, etc. I finally told the Pharmacy manager that her needs to investigate. Next visit, the Pharmacist (who was wearing his required mask on his chin) wanted revenge and told me I wasn't allowed to fill prescriptions there any more. I talked to the senior store manager and he started using offensive language in front of my wife. This is the store from Hell.

I had an appointment for Covid testing at 11:20. I waited in line for an hour. Because of a scheduled doctor's appointment I had to leave just as I was going to get tested. CVS does not allow enough time to do the tests in a timely manner.

Thursday September 8th arrived at CVS Pharmacy Bluewater counter to speak to someone about getting my refill early next week as I leave Florida to fly back to Australia to be told NO its too early to get them are you joking, THEM GOT A TEXT MESSAGE SAYING ITS TOO EARLY FOR PICK UP BUT THEY WILL TEXT ME A WEEK LATER DATE I LEAVE IS 12TH THEY WILL TEXT THE 24TH REALLY LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING SO PISSED OFF
