Tried to change CVS on piedmont rd and bells ferry, Kennesaw, ga due to poor customer svc for over a year. Incompetence of pharmacy staff. They keep on making mistakes and then above that are always rude, all of them. So I called another CVS to transfer my prescriptions , this one is on Woodstock rd and hey 92, Acworth, ga . Lady there kept one on hold 25 minutes came in between and again without explanation put me on hold. 2nd pharmacy tech came and asked me to hold again. Told me they are busy and to call other cvs so they can transfer to their location . I called the first location and the tech at the first location tells me that I was given wrong information and that they cannot transfer to the second location and that they Should’ve know better And do an internal transfer themselves. She told me I was given wrong information, she said that she will call the other location and then she hung up on me whiteout asking me which proscription needs to be transferred. Few months ago shorted me with one less diabetic sensor and then argued with me they they put all 6 . Found out that I only had 5 in the staples bag. Above all I have found all CVS employees specially in pharmacy are very very very very rude over the phone as well as in person.

To all military veterans...CVS does not support military veterans...they don't accept Express Scrips which is the provider for military retirees...after having found this out, I personally will never shop there again and I will spread this information as far as I can to make sure anyone who does support our veterans knows that CVS does not support military veterans. CVS should be ashamed!

I scheduled for flu shot for my entire family through online by signing up their available slots, Saturday 6pm. But nobody was there when I got to CVS Ellicott city MD on time. This was really bad experience at CVS. One clerk (he is the only work around) did not know whether the health care section is open or not.

This was my first time using cvs prescription delivery. The order was placed on 12th. Promised no later than 2 days. Now a week later I call store. It was never sent even though app says otherwise. I'm being told to go to store for pickup. I'm glad script was life threatening need at moment. I Will never use this system again . SO DISAPPOINTING!

All are fraud the are not real will keep asking for more money never received any thing from them that I order that's why I prefer (presspharmacyshop.com) cause the are legit.

CVS pharmacy's are trash. They are inferior to Walgreens in every way. I went in today for a few shot and was encouraged the shop around while I waited 40 mins for my flu shot even though in had a scheduled appointment. They have a clinic that offers th ed same services but is segregated and i was chastised for sitting in as chair in the waiting area to fill out my paperwork. I will never go back to any CVS anywhere.rude people and horrible customer service. I am a disabled Milit as my Veyersn and was treated like dirt.

My Dr wrote sent a prescription for a new medication to cvs beecher Il. It has a free trial offer. They called me and said I had to come in it was expired. I came in and they took the info all the info. They told me to come back the next day to the CVS beecher so I did. I had a young girl named Megan. Very rude. Told me they didn't have my info on file. She said it was because I haven't had a prescription filled since 2019. 9 month s ago. Then while I'm digging threw my wallet she says she found it.20 minutes later she tells me she is going to have to call me and I'll have to come back. You are kidding me. How many times do I have to come to get my prescription. I was supposed to start it yesterday.

I would not buy toothpaste from CVS specialty. An average of 45 minutes on hold. Doctors prescription wont go through. Over charged and that's the good news. Employees are polite but management is non existannt.
