Went to CVS in Peekskill, NY. They do not have a mask policy. Customers walking around without face-coverings. A man in line had his mask down. He was asked, by my wife, to please pull up his mask. He became irate and started cursing and became menacing. I asked the store to call the police. They store did nothing. I called the police after leaving, but it was too late. The man left. We contacted the manager who said it was not her responsibility to do anything and that it was my problem. Why is there no mask mandate in a pharmacy? People go in there who are compromised or sick. The manager was unsympathetic and dismissive.

I made an appointment for a flu shot. Received my reminder and showed up and checked in. Only to be told they had run out and we’re sorry and to try next week. Now I have spent 20 mins on hold trying to see if another pharmacy has them available. Apparently their time is more valuable than the time I set aside to ensure I followed their rules to obtain one.

I spent 35 minutes on the phone, was transferred 3 times all for some birth control. The last person blatantly ignored everything I said. Honestly if your insurance makes you go through them, get new insurance, it's not worth it.

This is specific to Covid-19 testing. It’s easy enough to sign up for an appointment, however that’s about it. You have to do the test yourself! That’s right, in my case I had to stick a swab up my 12 year old’s nose all while a line of cars in the drive thru pharmacy line are glaring at me because it takes about 15 minutes for the tech to prepare everything. So it says 2-3 days you will have your results. Everything says 2-3 days. Lies. When you call and actually speak to someone they say 5-7 not including weekends. So prepare to be quarantined with everyone in your family for what feels like forever. I wish I never did the test that’s how much this sucks. This is insane and cvs isn’t upfront when you schedule or I would have paid and went to pediatrician. Don’t even get me started on their automated phone system. Also if you test a kid, you can’t check results online you have to call and they don’t tell you this upfront either. What a nightmare.

I went to CVS today for my flu shot and had the early appointment. If I come down with Covid-19 I hope that my survivors will sue them. The pharmacist used gloves that had already been used to empty trash and to inject to other customers with no hand washing or sanitizer in between. The prepared injections were plopped down on a counter with no sanitization and the chairs and area was not cleaned in between people. the hand sanitizer jug was empty. When she finished my injection she shoved the used materials in the red overflowing disposal bucket and went on to the next person without any regard for cleaning in between. This must have violated many rules for Covid-19 and just plain old fashioned cleanliness. I will be contacting every agency and community group that I know of. They should be shut down!

My wife+I have used this CVS store #9817 in Solana Beach, CA just a mile from home for 15 years for all our prescriptions, but we are so fed up with poor service, we'll be taking our prescriptions to a Walgreens 10 miles away. We've constantly experienced indifference and inability for the store to adjust to Covid. Issues: (1) no delivery available many days and insist we come into the store. (2) forgot to mail out a prescription after waiting 4 days for it. (3) when a refill was due, got a message that it could not be filled due to being out of stock and not knowing when it would be available. Called the pharmacist, waited on hold for 35 minutes, and asked if they could try another CVS. Reluctantly they did and found it, but if I didn't ask, I'd not be getting a refill. I shouldn't have to tell them what to do. (4) Terrible app that doesn't allow me to request a prescription be mailed. Need to fill it, wait for them to tell you it's available, and then request it from the app to be mailed. (5) No curbside delivery. BTW when trying to submit this complaint on their website, it returns an error. The website is as bad as the app.

4149 N Oak Trafficway, Kansas City, MO 64116 Monday evening around 6 p m NEW pharmacist's and staff who continuously make errors on filling prescriptions. On top of that they are very rude and put the blame on the Dr. saying they were probably rushed. The pharmacist chastised us for opening the sack of the prescription which showed us the error on the bottle label which didn't show on the sack. We MISS the old staff and have been loyal customers for years. We've switched to our mail order company.

Be advised that this CVS Store located at 2112 White Plains Road, Bronx, NY 10462, at approximately one hour to closing they started to shut down all of their three CVS automated customer checkout register, causing a hardship to all the customers who wants to use them. Please have at least one of those automated customer register check out machine open for customers or it will gives us an excuse to shop at Walgreens down the block at 2158 White Plains Rd for more additional sale prices.
