CVS Pharmacy is the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. No one knows what they are doing. They renew prescriptions if you ask for it or not and no its not on autofill. If you call the help desk, that's even worse. They transfer everywhere and finally they will hang up on you because they don't know how to fix the problem. So over them.

Terrible experience - Zero stars. If my life depended on CVS for my medication I’d be dead. Forced to move to a small privately owned pharmacy for better service and attention.

Wife went to CVS 152 Front Street Ponte Vedra Beach, FL 32082 Contact number 904-285-3634 Store #3631. The man running the pharmacy first said he couldn't find my wife's prescription but when pressed he finally did find it. It was the last day for my wife to pick up the prescription and it wasn't ready so she waited 30 min. After she left she discovered she only got one of her two prescriptions. She went back and a different person said they didn't know which prescription she needed! They said my wife should have told them she needed both... but the pharmacist never asked for clarification and never said anything about there being a problem. Other visits my wife and daughter have experienced very rude service from the same guy .

If I could give a zero star I would. I have never in my life met so many unprofessional staff members in one location. Literally every single week I have to pick up medication (I handle two households) there is an issue with at least one prescription. They have my father's prescriptions listed for my mom and vise versa. It took 6 months to get it corrected and they refused to refund us any of the money it cost when they autofilled them without our permission. We have been shorted pills multiple times. Did I mention how nasty rude and hateful the staff is in the pharmacy! They sent a text telling me medication was ready, I went to pick up. Guess what... it wasn't ready. I said I would come back the next day so I did. After waiting in line for 40 min, they tell me it is not ready and that I would have to wait at least 30 min to get the medication or come back later because they were too busy to fill it right then and there. CVS sent my dads prescriptions that are mailed to an entirely different state. They said we had to wait 14 days before they could request a new order. We waited and they sent the new order over night.... it took 7 more days to get it. This was heart medication! 3 weeks to get the medication that was supposed to take 2 days in the mail. They refuse to pick up the phone and call the doctors office if there is a problem. They also refuse to call insurance for an override even after insurance says that is what they need to do. They gave me someone else's prescription that had the same name as my son. My son is 14 the other person is 88. Anytime I have to fill my sons prescriptions they run it under the wrong insurance, an insurance he has not had in 7 years. I change it every single month literally. This is not even a fraction of the issues I have had with CVS. This is Jacksonville FL at Normandy and Lane. This place needs bulldozed down and if it wasn't for my job making us use this pharmacy I would NEVER in my life use them again.

Regarding flu shots: The pharmacy does not have a person available to give shots for all appointment slots listed on the website. Obviously, if there is a single person assigned this responsibility, he or she must have some breaks and a lunch during the day but the website does not block out appointments at those times. So any customers that make an appointment at break is confronted with a completely avoidable inconvenience through no fault of their own as experienced by my wife today. Regarding feedback: It is telling that the CVS website does not solicit feedback from its customers on its website. There is no "Contact Us" or "How are we doing?" solicitation anywhere. While CVS pharmacy retail employees are generally polite and solicitous, it appears to me that CVS corporate does not care what its customer think of it.

On September 27, 2020 at 1pm. I(Black woman)entered the cvs store located at 14240 north tamiami, naples, fl, 34110 telephone # 239 254 0286. I was followed and watched throughout the store by the store's manager(a tall white gay with balding hair and eyeglasses. I was also partially watched and followed by Kelly(the cashier) When I was ready to purchase my items, he stood near the cash register. He made sure that all of the items that he watched me put into my basket were being scanned. This behavior is racist, bias, prejudice -it's uncalled for. I will never shop at this location.
