Was dropping off a prescription for my Mom. The lady behind the counter was rude and short tempered. She acted like it was too much of an effort to talk to me. She grabbed the prescription and ran it over to the Pharmacist. No explanation to me. I wasn't waiting and told her that. This woman really has an attitude problem. Ha, I told her to have a nice day, all I got was a grunt. CVS Philadelphia Rd Middle River Md. I've never ever had a problem there. I hope she isn't a new employee there. I understand people are stressed, but most people that go to a pharmacy are there because they have a problem. They don't need that type of attitude.

I have bought 3 20 dollar chargers that are 10 feet cause I need a long one and every SINGLE ONE BREAKS these are the worst I have ever bought in my life a waste of time And money I’m SEETHING.

CVS care pass is unethical and is a rip off. Do not get sold into buying into. Makes me think CVS really doesn't care about their customers.

I didn't enter "Place Order," yet an order appeared in my inbox. I've been on hold for 55 minutes! The "hold" taped music plays the same three songs over & over & they are obnoxiously loud! I was asked if I could be on hold for "a moment." That was now almost 50 minutes ago!!! I HATE CVS!!!l I guess they don't want to keep customers with their HORRIBLE CUSTOMERS NON-SERVICE!non-customer service. They have certainly lost me. Forever.

For the Last at least 5 times, I have sent my husband in to pick my scripts, he had to wait 15 to 20 minutes, once over 45 mins. Now, this is after I have already gone on line at least the day before, ordered the prescroptions and CVS would tell me when they would be ready. Today, for example, I ordered 3 scripts online yesterday, Cvs said they would have them ready at 11pm last night. My husband went over to CVS about 7 pm tonight. Now, according to the CVS, they should have been ready at 11 pm last night, so my husband goes to pick them, a full 20 hours after CVS said they were ready and lo and behold, he was told a 20 minute wait as they were not ready. Someone please explain this to me!!... this has happened the last 5 times, I have picked up scripts. Forget using the express option, that doesnt work either. What is the actual pick up time from the time CVS says its ready, just so we can plan better. Forget trying to call my local pharmacy, I have called and I am on hold 30 minutes to an hour befors I give up. I just need to know the real pick up time for my prescriptions so that we can plan accordingly. If CVS needs extra time, just let us know, they definitely have my phone number on file. Its just common courtesy, I know things can happen and I dont normally mind if its going to be hours or days later after the pick up date, just send a text and give us a new pick up time.

Extremely bad service at golf rd , Hoffman Estates IL CVS Pharmacy. Pharmacy tech Pooja & Pharmacist were unprofessional toward me. First Pharmacist told me to take appointment online for Flu shot. I took Flu shot appointment online as an appointment was available for same day. They both were rude to me & told me that they can only give flu shot to who has older scheduled appointment. Even though nobody was there for Flu shot , they did not give me flu shot. I am senior citizen who came to pharmacy( twice in a day)in this unsafe environment (due to pandemic) & still both employees did not care to provide service.

My doctor has tried calling CVS three times and can’t get through to confirm what is going on with this. I am shocked by the level of incompetence I’ve experienced at this pharmacy.

CVS Hampton va. Is really bad. Pharmacist was very rude and mean to me after 8 years of filling RX’s with no problem. The worker she had wait on me while she was running her moth called me a white “female dog cvs will not allow me to use what he really called me)and white trash. Came from behind the counter after me!! Emailed corporate and called them the next day. Promised a call from district manager within 24 hours. Almost 2 weeks now no call from anyone. Seriously thinking about consulting an attorney for racist remarks!! We need to see if Walgreens will go 24 hours. People are forced to use this terrible store after hours!!!
