The CVS on Aloma Ave in Winter Park is an unending frustration. They’re so understaffed that getting someone on the phone is impossible. Once you drive over there your prescription is never ready. Ever. You wait or come back. No apologies for this either. The same woman tells me every single month that I don’t get my prescriptions filled there and every month I tell her I do and to look again. Absurd. Time to make a change.

Had an appointment for flu shot at 12:15, at 12:25 I asked how long since she had finished person ahead of me at 12:15. Was told that the person had to leave for shot Clinic and would be another 5 minutes, had another appointment and they said I would still have to wait. BS to have you make appointment online and then no one to give at time of appointment. Avoid them!!

Cvs covid testing in Phoenix az is terrible! In the rapid test they never told me it was 85 percent accurate..why take it? The other test while you wait two days from a drive thru was so unprofessional. I could not hear the person giving me instructions, you had to execute things which make the test unreliable, and they printed off a testing receipt from a printer that barely had ink and could not read. WOULD YOU RELY ON A TEST FROM THIS MESS OF A DRUGSTORE? I don’t!!

I am trying to find out if the brand of metformin I am taking has been recalled. I have been on the phone for over and hour and am still on hold. In the past while visiting CVS pharmacy I have personally witnessed calls coming in over the loud speaker and being ignored. With covid calling on the phone is my only option, but no one will pick up to tell me if it is safe or not to take my metformin.

I went to CVS in Eden NC on 10/10/2020 to pick up a prescription my Dr had called in. Arrived at 5:54 pm. I was told they didn’t have a prescription for me and even if they did she wouldn’t have time to fill it because they closed at 6:00 pm. Employee said she had a family meeting to go to and was closing at 6:00 pm. I think what upsets me most is that she seemed to indicate to me that she would not have time to fill it even if she had it. In effect she had already closed and offered no help. I called my Dr and he said he had called it in when I talked to him much earlier. He then called it in to another local pharmacy who had already closed. That pharmacy sent a pharmacist back in, opened up and filled my prescription. He also assured me that anytime that I was in dire need he would do the same thing. Needless to say I will never go back to CVS.

I use CVS in the Douglaston area. it is close to my house so it is convenient. I usually pick up medicine and when I'm there I always spend more than I want to. I pick up things I need. My recent visit to CVS forced me to leave things I picked up and decided to shop somewhere else. customer service is the worse. They made me feel unwelcome and I felt like I needed to get out of that place fast. rude and unwelcome service I will take my business somewhere else.

I tried calling to check on vaccines that were due and was on hold for the pharmacy for over an hour. I finally hung up and tried calling back to speak to anyone in the store, and then a third time to speak to the store manager and was immediately put on hold with no hope of ever speaking to a human.

I will never used CVS again so disappointed with there service I had a prescription for 20 tramadol and instead of giving me my medicine all at once they have me ,7 and I had to go back waste my time every week and everytime my insurance charge more for 7 pills never again
