After seeing first hand how employees handle products at their stores, I'd rather shop out of a dumpster. They clearly don't care about the products they put on their shelves and how they are handled...or mishandled. Simply ridiculous, disrespectful and unprofessional. Shameful.

I have been using the CVS Pharmacy at Alvernon Way and 5th St., in Tucson, Arizona. Although some of the basic employees and Pharmacists show excellence, overall this store is poorly managed and understaffed. They forget to order vital medications and give out incorrect information. Wait time for phone calls can be up to a half an hour and employees are overworked, confused and often make mistakes. Unfortunately, my insurance offers better rates at this company but I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere.

Scheduled 2 appointments for flu shots online at 76 Landis Ave, Vineland, NJ. filled out all forms online. Drove across town, arrived on time only to be told they did not have the flu vaccine. Girl behind counter rude. Waste of time and very aggravating!! Called another CVS at 3629 E. Landis Ave and was politely told to go there in 1 hr. Very friendly & professional- we both got our flu shots with no waiting.

Outraged by what happened to me at CVS at 5501 W Oakland Park Blvd Lauderhill, FL 33313 3 hours ago. I made an appointment for a Covid-19 test on this CVS, filled out a registration form and received a confirmation code. I arrived for testing 10 minutes before the appointed time. But CVS told me that they could not do the test and that I had to schedule another applet at a different time elsewhere. I wasted my time, followed their directions, filled out the form and came to them at the time they had appointed. It turned out that CVS doesn't value people's time, they are garbage for CVS.

I needed a COVID test to travel, made the appointment online, was there 10 minutes prior to my allotted time, waited for 45 minutes in the drive through line to get my test. After finally getting to the window, I was told there was no reservation for me by rude clerks. Rinse and repeat. I resubmitted my test reservation online and spent ANOTHER hour and a half of my day waiting in the car line--nearly three hours of my life down the toilet. CVS should be legally prohibited from using the terms care, compassion, or service, or value in any marketing. They are disorganized, unprofessional, and understaffed. I'm not loyal to Walgreen's but at least they are somewhat better than the CVS option.

CVS pharmacy in Arnold on Lone Star Drive is horrible for answering the phone. Every time I call, I can’t get anyone to answer my call! I’ve waited 30 minutes many times and hung up. One day I was on hold for 50 minutes and then they disconnected me! I hate that my insurance company uses CVS!

Scheduled flu shot for my son and I in maynard Massachusetts. Coordinated with my son, arrived on time to find a sign they were out of flu shot material. I said but we had an appointment. She shrugged and said the CVS scheduling system has no idea what any store’s supply is as they don’t talk to each other. So, scheduling is a complete waste of time and left me with such annoyance I would like to change my RX vendor. Either go somewhere else or just call various places that provide shots and then drive right over.
