This is a review for the Twinsburg Ohio CVS pharmacy. For the last several months every single prescription that I call in for refill never gets processed until I call them asking the status. A week will go by and it still is not filled. And I hear the same excuse exactly worded the same way we are really busy and running behind. It's negligence, they're messing with people's health if they don't get them their medicine. Some of my medication I have to go through Caremark. The rest of my medications I am moving over to a different Pharmacy.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. They certainly don’t care and think they are the only pharmacy around. I’ve started the process of transferring my scripts to Walgreens. Never use the store on West Middle Tpke in Manchester, Ct . The pharmacist couldn’t manage if her life depended on it . Very toxic environment. Horrible!!!!

I scheduled my flu shot online after answering 5 minutes' worth of personal questions. I then received a notification that my appointment was in one hour. I drove to CVS and went through their online check-in needed to receive a flu shot. I then waited in line to see the pharmacist only to be told they do not have any flu shots and that their website doe not monitor this fact. What a huge waste of time and unnecessary exposure to COVID-19. Really CVS?

DO NOT USE FOR COVID TESTING. WAITED 7 DAYS. THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT LAB THEY SENT TO. STUCK IN HAWAII QUARANTINE! ACTUALLY I FOUND OUT THERE WAS A GILCH IN THEIR SYSTEM AND I MAY NEVER GET RESULTS...

How does cvs stay in business? In my case Anthem requires that I use CVS. They are the worst pharmacy in our area, I just can't believe how inept they are from their web site to their customer No service. The comments I read on here are the same in Newburgh Indiana. Such a shame that poor service is rewarded by Anthem because I have great experience with Anthem.

Lakewood, Washington. Both pharmacies here are inept. It is like pulling teeth to get prescriptions filled and more difficult to get prescriptions delivered. This has been going on since June. They don't contact my doctors as they claim. They are expert at playing pass the buck.

CVS Store#10216, 69 Mountain View Dr, Colchester, VT, employs this pharmacist “Pete” who has no idea how to service the customers. He is pompous and impatient. He throws a tantrum when I raised my concern about the information provided on CVS website differing from what he told me in person. It was a very unpleasant experience to deal with him.

I had my test taken over 8 days ago and haven't received my test results yet. meanwhile, I am quarantined in Hawaii and their customer service reps at minute clinic will not contact Quest Labs to try and find my results. Very disappointed. I will never recommend CVS and I will post to all my friends on FB and everywhere else I can.
