They have been unable to access my saved card at prescription pickup. Completely annoying. And even worse, trying to lodge a complaint with them on cvs.com was a complete waste of time. Web site wouldn't even let me submit the complete. Wow, if I wasn't captive to them because of medical plan I would be at Walgreens in a heartbeat!

I purchased $50 gift card at CVS store (17165 Bluemound Rd, Brookfield, WI 53226) on Feb 2, 2019. The CVS gift card has $0 value when I tried to use it. I still have the activation receipt and the actual gift card. Unfortunately, CVS refused to reimburse me the money. Now, I am out of $50. CVS should be responsible for its gift card problem.

Store5342 w esplanade and severn I have never seen a bathroom so disgusting as this one. The store is filthy with empty shelves and old out of date candy. COVID-19 wouldn’t stand a chance of survival against the other 🦠

The amount of time that they make customers wait for COVID-19 test results is ridiculous. A quick search online can show you further proof that many customers wait as many as 15 days despite being told that they'd be given results as soon as 2-3 days after testing. One COVID test at CVS can cost you over $100 without insurance. After waiting more than a week for my results, I was told to test myself again because of an error in their system. For this service, the cost is certainly not worth it. My family and I will never return to any of CVS' locations.

I really don’t want to give them 1 star!! Cvs in Painesville Ohio on Erie St is the worst!!! The have one person working in the pharmacy and no one answers the phones and it’s hard to get your medicines I just want mine transferred out and I will never ever in life go to see CVS Pharmacy again!!!!!!!!

I hesitate to even give CVS Pharmacy on Jones Maltsberger at Classen a 1. I strongly advise against going to that pharmacy. My wife, my children and myself contracted COVID but first went there to get tested (our doctors order). The girl at the window mixed my wife’s name with the person before her and we waited 4 days before she went to a community test center at Freeman Coloseum. My son and I have the same initials (but of course different identifying info) and they were so confused that they could not even tell us how to check results. Again after 5 day miserable wait, we went downtown to get resulted. I will NEVER go back there again. TOTALLY incompetent.

I dont see CVS as a neighborhood pharmacy. Went to the CVS, they were rude, discriminating and the upper level management are no better. Learnt my lesson, no CVS FOR ME!

Terrible customer experience. I had an appointment scheduled to do a test. The local site was having IT problems and had to cancel the appointment (understandable - problems happen). No effort was made on CVS' part to make a new appointment or accommodate us. We had a deadline to take the test in order to be able to travel and the next available appointment was more than 2 days after our original. After talking to the customer service rep. there was nothing anyone could do to help - they are using the way they set up their system as a way to justify not making a problem right, no ownership or attempt to resolve just throwing up their hands and thinking that is okay.
