Ordered over $190 online, applied my ExtraCare and Mfg discounts (appx $60). CVS cancelled the order (18 items) with no explanation=. I called customer service and they said EVERYTHING on my list was out of stock. Mind you nothing was pandemic related like TP or Sanitizer). Now some of the ExtraCare credits and Mfg coupons have expired. I own an Ecommerce company and I am a rounding error compared to the size of CVS and my site won't allow you to buy out of stock products....this is utter craziness.

Cvs/Minute clinic Test and my time was useless it took exactly 7 days to get results I don’t need the results now I needed them at least 4 days ago was extremely to long waiting I will report this. The reason to go way earlier is because I needed the test not now.

Worst ever customer service, Put on hold for 45 minutes and hang up. Who do that?

They spilled my covid test - it leaked they said. They told me when I expected the results - 4 days after the test. No one to call. No one at customer service cares. Nightmare company. Endless loops of voicemail. Oh well, serves me right for trusting them.

Long drive thru lines due to slow service, lack of personnel. Called three times in two days waited on line 20 min. each time no one answered, hung up! Always told we sent a request to doctor but the doctor has not responded. Have checked with doctor and told that the script has been sent. They have to be the worst pharmacy that we have ever had to use. If it was not required by my insurance I would go somewhere else. I do not recommend CVS!

I will never use CVS again. I did COVID 19 test at CVS for the vacation to Hawaii. I’m stuck in quarantine room in the hotel. In the email they send me when I made the appointment they told me that will take 2-3 days to get results. After 5 days I still don’t have results. My girlfriend got her test at Walgreens and got her results in two days. I just wish I checked the reviews before I did the tests. CVS has one star and it is one star too many. Wish I can give them - star Good place to avoid . I hope they go out of business.

I am going to keep everything anonymous but I can guarantee that is NOT the first time a customer complains about this store. Store #925 in Hialeah Gardens, I believe the manager's is Roxy. She is completely rude and has absolutely no customer service skills at allllllll!!!!!. When you have a sign up with the description of the item of buy one get one free but in tiny words on the right it says sale starts the 26th and I understood that but it should be the manager's responsibility to place it on the correct date or your you customer should be honored the sale especially the amount of money my husband sends there , when we called to address the situation the cashier's response was "Yes I know ma'am it has been a problem with lots of customer's and hopefully you can buy it when the sale start's, I have a line of customer's and hung up on me!!! That was enough for me.....I hope they replace have of their staff because it's horrible. Everyone I have spoken has given me the same feed back! The Pharmacy is also another mess bu tlet's start with the front of the store. I hope this taken serious!!!!!!!

Ware, MA CVS pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered! I was immediately caught off guard when I called to update my insurance by a rude employee who was also extremely condescending when I was trying to give my insurance card information. I was told my prescription would be ready in 1 hour so I waited almost 2. When I got there they told me it wasn’t ready and was going to be 25-30 minutes. They immediately got defensive and nasty when I told them I was told an hour and it was almost 2. They told me I was rushing them and displayed extremely hostile attitude in which customers behind me also witnessed. I waited an additional 20 minutes and finally received my prescription. Extremely rude and went into defensive mode immediately. I dealt with a rude woman on the phone and then a man when I went in. The nastiness is completely uncalled for, it’s very difficult to be nice when the employee is not nice. The only nice employee was the young girl who rang me up.
