Yestaday me and my husband went to pick up the medication because it said it was in process. So at first they said give us 20 minutes so we said okay. We waiting in there 30 minutes then the pharmacy lady I think she is Russia or something short wears a white coat said she doesn’t feel comfortable filling it because he is three days out. Then she made up so many lies. Then she says why don’t we go to another pharmacy now that’s rude and I know she don’t like black people. We will be calling corporate she needs to be removed from there. These people are so rude to this pharmacy get zero stars from us. Sad. Com

Ordered for same day delivery in mourning for an urgent need. Said it would be here at 4:43. They cancelled my order at 4:48. Will never use or trust this service again. False advertising. Dont offer it if you cannot deliver on your promise. This aint the first time either. Never again, time to change pharmacies. Selling my stock with the company as well as I will not invest my money in such a poor business.

I had a very disappointing experience with CVS Pharmacy related to a recent purchase and the way the issue was handled afterward. On February 27, 2026, I purchased a $100 Sephora gift card at the CVS location at 29015 FM2978 Rd in Magnolia, Texas (77354). During the transaction, the employee ringing me up tore open the cardboard sleeve of the gift card packaging in order to scan the barcode and load the funds onto the card. As a result, the original packaging for the gift card was visibly damaged before I even left the store. This gift card was intended to be given as a birthday gift, so having the packaging ripped open during the purchase process completely undermined the purpose of buying a packaged gift card in the first place. Instead of receiving a presentable gift, I was left with something that looked torn and poorly handled. I later returned to the store to ask if the situation could be resolved and spoke with a store manager whose first name began with “B.” Unfortunately, the interaction was extremely disappointing. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering any reasonable solution, the manager was dismissive and unwilling to assist in any meaningful way. What should have been a simple and straightforward customer service fix - replacing a gift card that was damaged during the transaction - was treated as though the store had no responsibility at all. This experience reflects very poorly on the level of customer service and management at this location. Situations like this are exactly when a company has the opportunity to demonstrate accountability and care for its customers, and unfortunately that did not happen here. Because the issue could not be resolved at the store level, I am sharing this experience publicly so that CVS corporate is aware of how situations like this are being handled.

Does CVS care that the automated phone system does not work for their customers? I am moving my prescription to Walgreens. I have two pills left of a 90 day supply of blood pressure medication but they won’t refill it - and I have one refill left - because I had it filled 88 days ago. Am I supposed to actually run out of it first? Now I have to go there in person and speak to a human, which could have been avoided if I could have spoken to a human on the phone to begin with! I think dealing with CVS is not good for my blood pressure.

I’m a disabled person who also has Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and Arthrofibrosis The CVS decided that they knew better than my doctor, and refused to fill my prescription I need to sleep. Sleeping is the only way I can control my pain. It’s been awful, I finally got the explanation that my doctor didn’t instigate this change (which makes my pain unmanageable) I’m so offended to be treated like a drug addict by a pharmacist who has no understanding of the genetic condition I have.

Maybe before their new automated “We won’t let you speak to a real person” technology was implemented I would have given them a 2 1/2, but now, I’ve had it. Not being able to speak with someone right away has caused issues for me. I need to find another pharmacy ASAP!

Terrible experience with the CVS in Hamtramck,Michigan regarding debit transaction issue that was totally ignored by CVS management, customer service and CVS corporate headquarters in Rhode Island. I've been treated with no respect in regards to my issue. It's outright shameful for a major corporation to operate in this manner!

Our insurance which is also a CVS company sometimes only covers the name brand. CVS 6704 will only fill it with the generic. The insurance company than sends me a letter telling me my prescription is not covered. They also charge more since the prescription is not covered. The pharmacy CVS 6704 said they can't fill the name brand (which is the one covered by their insurance) unless I have a prescription stating it is medically necessary. This creates more problems. This has happened for 2 prescriptions this month. CVS pharmacy nor their insurance company is able to resolve. Depending on who I talk to I get a different story. I am suspicious CVS 6704 added a deceptive prescription, and changed another one.
