Consistently do not have medication in stock. Takes a week to get it. Said they were conducting rapid result COVID testing..show up and they say it’s not rapid. Why advertise it as that and allow sign ups for it? CVS is the worst.

So recently my pharmacy functions for CVS on my phone app stopped working, after trying to fix it with online support, which is a joke, nothing ever got resolved. A new version was coming i was told. Today i noticed my online web based pharmacy stopped working. The URL now says V2 in the name, it never loads . . .ha ha . . .what crap.

The CVS at 423 and 270 Stonebrook is the worst at trying to maintain my medicine regimen. They seem to be overwhelmed and cannot get your prescriptions right. Their record keeping is horribly bad. They say that I’m enrolled in the 90 day period for my meds but every 30 days I have to go to the store to correct them and get my medicine. They have the wrong doctor entered so when they contact him the prescriptions are turned down. The cavalier attitude is disconcerting also. This place is not very professional. When you call to get answers nothing happens!

I wish I could give CVS com a minus 0. Worst customer service. I received an item that is completely different and 60% cheaper than what I ordered. Several calls but no results. Will never order from them again. I’ve had much better experience with Walgreen’s.com.

Called in a script on December 14th went to CVS to pick it up on December 17th the young lady behind the counter said I had to go to drop off window went to drop of window another associate said she didn’t have a script for me then she went to check after realizing I did have a script she went to talk to pharmacist to ask how long would it take to fill script never came back to tell me anything so I went back to pharmacy window to ask how long would the script be she directed me back to the same lady that never came back to let me know anything treat customers like they don’t care about them or there needs very rude they ignored the fact that I was even there waiting very Poor customer service I was a customer there many years ago I got the same treatment so I change pharmacy then I thought things had changed as time has pass this is the only pharmacy I have ever been to that they treat customers this way if you don’t want to deal with people need to find another career I was so upset with them.

Would leave 0 if I could. CVS fraudulently charged me for a COVID test I didn’t take. I’ve called customer service multiple times and each time they say they will escalate it and I’ll get a call within 2-3 days. I never received any calls. I’ve called every week since I noticed the charges in NOV, but they have refused to resolve my issue. I do not understand why they won’t return the money they stole from my account. They can’t just charge people for services they’ve never provided. Watch your accounts, it’s possible they’ve done it to others in the past.

"0" is the correct score. 1350 Florin Rd, Sacramento, CA 95831 CVS automated system saying the prescription is ready for pickup. We are enrolled in the automated refill and is ready for pickup. We go to pickup, there is nothing to pickup. We need to do the process all over again because its out off refills. Their system never prompted us to refill, and no option to refill. Come in "it's ready for pickup..." We complained to everybody, even the Pharmacist in charged. No one said they can fix the system. I even recorded the automated call to show them, and they still don't understand they screwed up. (Hispanic looking lady Pharmacist. ) If this is happening to us, it happening to a lot of people.

I have not been able to order my scripts online. I contacted them a couple of months ago, they opened a ticket and they didn't contact me. I just talked to them and they told me that the only way that I can order my scripts online is through their app. That has to be bs. I tried to contact them through email, but their crappy website screwed up. No wonder everything is jacked up. I don't know why I moved my business to this terrible crappy company. After dealing with their terrible customer service it's apparent that they don't want any customers. I want resolution, and I want it now., Do you think CVS will respond? I hope so because they damn suck and their customer service does as well. I wish I could do less than one star. They deserver negative 10 damn stars.
