Dec 2020 i switched pharmacies cvs south 3rd street louisville.ky store #6207 is the worst of the worst i have made complaints about them not answering phones. One of the top employee's withheld important meds twice the same person refused to refill important pain med i have a severe crippling disease this person caused me to be in severe pain for 2 days while i scrambled to find a new pharmacy this person acted out of revenge for a complaint i made . It can be life threatening when cvs decides to withhold a persons meds people need to seriously think before using a pharmacy because if you make the main employee mad they can withhold important meds or not fill it at all and leave you scrambling to switch pharmacies 👎👎

I was doing self checkout and a worker sat there for 10 minutes watching me struggle to put my card and coupon in. I ended up having to use my last $10 bill to pay for the raspberries. Horrible device.

I have been on the phone for an hour having to explain to multiple people why my name is entered incorrectly. So incredibly inefficient. It shouldn't be this hard. I will be switching my pharmacy.

An item's price tag was about $2, but when I was checking out they charged about $4. It turns out the prices they display on shelves are only for cvs card holders. They said a cvs card is free. It's irrelevant that a cvs card is free. Perhaps I don't want a cvs card because I don't want them to share my personal information or I don't want to read their terms. The cvs card used to be to get discounts, now it is to be eligible to the price on the shelf. I don't like being mislead about the prices. I decided not the buy the items and the rest of my shopping. I'll do my best to avoid cvs in the future even though it's the closest drugstore to me.

I went to the CVS pharmacy located at Bienville Blvd at the Ocean Springs location. When I was ready to pay I waited in line for the cashier to help me. When i asked the cashier if she could help me she said I needed to use the self service machine. However the machine didn’t take cash and that’s all I had to pay. As I try to ask for help another customer showed up. The same woman who told me I had to use the machine took care of the other customer. I continued to wait but she refused to assist me during my visit. I asked if she had an issue with me or my race, which she continued to ignore. All I needed was assistance with the machine. Another staff member showed up and was kind enough to help me with checking out. I am astonished as the treatment I received from your staff. I have never had an issue at this store before. All I needed was someone to help me check out, but even as I gracefully asked, she continued to deny assistance. I came by the store around 8:45-9 pm. If you have cameras you will be able to see she refused to assist me.

If you really wanted to help your customers answer the phone. Your automated phone is trash. I have never once had my questions answered correctly By that stupid automated phone before I give up. Every time I have a question I have to drive 25 minutes to your pharmacy. To actually speak to a real person. I try to be kind but God help me the frustration from your phone system gets to me every time.

After looking at all the long reviews negative reviews,I recommend not going to this CVS pharmacy in Monroe MI ,they mess up my prescription every time I go there... this is strike three for me I am not going back to this pharmacy.

Too expensive never have anything you need how could you rip people off rather go to 711 I’ll never go there for anything
