Paying for vitamins at CVS 1250 Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach. Clerk said "get a CarePass and get $10 credit a month." I was putting info in the credit card machine and saw "agree to pay $5 a month." No way. Clerk said it was irreversible. Uh uh. Got my daughter on speaker phone and she told them to cancel the transaction. Called the CVS complaint line and talked with Phillipines or Bangladesh for no help.

I have been unsuccessful at getting CVS to stop filling my Rx's early and without my consent. I have been promised by the Customer Relations dept. return calls both from the Management staff and/or the District Manager from my CVS location with no success. I have repeatedly asked the staff to stop interfering with my insurance Rx program by filling and returning my Rx's whenever it suits you and you have repeatedly. It's apparently clear that CVS Corp. needs to take a hard look at this location and it's Management staff including upper management. Their inability to resolve a simple matter is obvious and disturbing. I've had enough of this and intend further investigation into this. MB

I made a Covid test appointment for 6:20PM, I go there 15 minutes early as they requested. At 6:35PM I called the pharmacy to see why I wasn't called for my appointment, I was told that they should call me momentarily since they were behind. 10 minutes later a lady comes out telling me they cancelled my appointment because I didn't answer the call. I never received a call, they botched my appointment and as a result I will have to miss another day of work due to incompetency.

Im out of home state for a couple months, tried using the online customer service to transfer the prescription to a cvs up here. Only response i can get is call your local pharmacy if you n ed additional instructions about your prescription... Thanks for nothing cvs. Time to move pharmacies.

I would choose 0 stars if possible. My dr office Repeatedly has to call because they claim to not get all my scripts. 35 mile rd trip twice still not all. Were going to hang up on me because I was furious and perhaps was rude. No wonder. Immediately transferred to new pharmacy

This is the most unfriendly, unprofessional, ignorant staff at any CVS I have ever been. I live minutes from this store but because am black, everytime I walk in there, the queue stops. All the white people get served and quickly just no me. There are two old Asian women who were cashiers that evening, if you check the camera on 13 January, you will see that they were both watching each other because NEITHER wanted to cash my items. I walked away and tossed the items onto the floor. I should have sailed them over the cashier area and walked out of their bloody store! Whose fault is it that they PRETEND white when white people are buying melanin in a bottle or begging the sun to kiss them? Can people be anymore daff? These people are rude, nasty, unhelpful just sickening! Why don't they go somewhere else to work if they do not wish to serve a mixed population? Without customers you cannot pay your bills! We should stop shopping there and see what happens for CVS on Putnam in Cos Cob or the one going towards Portchester is way more pleasant and customer friendly! Management must be just as poor because they hire people with poor customer service skills and do nothing about the complaints! Shame on you!

CVS SUCKS! THEY CHARGE THE MOST, WOULDNT TAKE MY GOODRX AND I ENDED UP PAYING 167.00 FOR SKIN CREME THAT COULD BE BOUGHT FOR 37.00 ELSEWHERE. MY WIFE IS A HEALTHCARE WORKER IN SYRACUSE AT UPSTATE AND NEEDED THIS CREME BECAUSE OF ALLERGIES TO LATEX. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO KROGERS OR WEGMANS WHERE YOU WILL BE TREATED RIGHT.

CVS "bought" out or took over the clients from our pharmacy, including us. And we have experienced nothing but rude employees and terrible service. The wait time to get prescriptions is so long, when someone is in pain or has just had surgery they should not have to wait hours to get their medicine. We were getting multiple texts and phone calls about prescriptions ready for pickup when we didn't order one. Asked them to remove us from the phone/text list and continue to get the calls. The most recent situation... I needed a refill, I called in the refill, and the automated system told me my prescription was set up on ready fill and was waiting to be picked up. I went two days later to pick it up, and was told there was nothing for me and it was going to take them 2.5 hours to get it filled for me!! I called TWO freaking days ago!! I'm not happy and will no longer be using the pharmacy at CVS in Somersworth, NH
