My care card was used to receive my discount by someone in a location I never go. I called to get it refunded and had to deal with someone that could not speak very good English I was transferred numerous times only to be transferred back to where I started. When asked to give my phone number the very rude call taker asked me to lower my voice and provide the phone number she asked for. I was being very polite and trying to get past the bad language barrier and for her to be so rude is unacceptable. CVS keep your call takers in the USA. I have been a long time customer of cvs but I think it’s time to make a change.

Rude Clerks to 85-year-old woman
My 85-year-old mother just returned from the CVS pharmacy on S. Cherry Grove Ave in Annapolis. We had a male clerk and he was INCREDIBLY rude to my mother who was trying to figure out how to access her prescription. In addition, my mother noted that she had tried to call and was on hold for 25 minutes and was told in a rude tone that they were "busy." Clearly they are busy but a little kindness would go a long way.

My CVS pharmacy employees are rude and…
My CVS pharmacy employees are rude and extremely unfriendly. I was used to getting to know my pharmacy staff and developing a relationship. This will not happen at the CVS I have to go to.
Is this place a sweatshop? Is that why these employees are so cold and rude?

CVS pharmacy in Senec SC
CVS pharmacy in Senec SC, Engels Plaza is the worst experience I've had in 20 years. Those Upidy rude ****** can't spell customer service far less give it. 1. I walk in to get my "EVERY" 30 day (For the last year) pain prescription at 9:10 am Saturday morning. Which they had for a month in advance. 2. I'm then told sorry we don't have any in stock. So we can't fill your perceiption until maybe next week .!! 3. I ask, can you transfer the prescription to another CVS local who has inventory. I'm told No !! Against the law to do that withan electronic perceiption. 4. Can you have some transfered from another CVS pharmacy who has them in stick back to this CVS.." NO " Thats also against the law !! Hummm ?? I said, so, you have my perceiption, and have had it in your computer for at least a month. You can't fill it, you can't transfer it, and you can't get anything from another CVS pharmacy. And its Saturday morning, so I can't reach my doctor. !! To get another one sent !! And ONE BIG QUESTION??? Why are YOU SO INCOMPATANT to not contact me ahead of time ?? To give me a heads up.. They looked at me like Deer in the head lights. !! No answer to that question. !!

a CVS that a sick person [or…
a CVS that a sick person [or anyone for that matter] should NOT VISIT, even if your not sick, do not visit this CVS store on Polifly Rd in Hackensack, it is absolutely filthy, its disgusting, this CVS on Polify Rd in Hackensack NJ used to be a very clean, neat orderly nice place that was my preferred and go to pharmacy, now its just a sad former shell of itself. before you even walk in the first thing you notice is the vestibule and how disgustingly dirty it is, that alone should be an indication as to what you will find inside the store, the carpet is tattered and torn, worn out from door to door, there is garbage on the floor, the walls show copious amounts of dust and neglect. the walls are discolored, you can actually see the buildup of dust and dirt on the wall, that's how dirty they are, the windows look like they haven't been washed in as many months, and it is no better inside, as soon as you walk in there is clutter blocking the main entry, one sorta has to angle ones body to walk the narrow path that leads into the store, this alone is a fire hazard and in an emergency many people could be lost, confused and could possibly be injured, and CVS's market target .... the Senior Citizens. The interior is no better, you look up to read the signage and you see water stained ceiling tiles thru out the entire store, really bad, ceiling tiles are supposed to be white, these are yellow and bulging where the water has pooled and dried, a possible health hazard for the likes of air born diseases, this is most prevalent and severe where the "pharmacist" prepares your ''sensitive medications'', it is utterly disgusting. the isles are in poor condition and with same dirty and stained carpet but with an added twist, dirty shelves, not just dusty, DIRTY, it is evident these shelves have never been wiped down. the interior walls show the same if not more dust and spider webs than the front entry, and thru out the entire store, you have the nasty yellow water stained bulging ceiling tiles, which you are forced to look at to find the Isle number, signage or product you seek. Then there are the employee's, their attire....their smocks look like they have never been washed, as well as the rest of their attire, wrinkled, stained, sometimes odoriferous. and along with all this QUALITY CVS is giving you, you have the Employees Attitude, ABSOLUTELY BARBARIC, these people strongly amplify and reflect the store's non committal to care, attitude and management of said business, they just don't give a Huck, these employee's have no customer service skills at all, NONE. I don't know about anyone else, I will be looking for a new Pharmacy to then have my files transferred from CVS to whomever I choose, I am not willing to take a chance with my already frail health on having a pharmacist working under such conditions where someone could bump up against a wall, shaking the ceiling tiles and having crap fall into my scripts, and mind you, this type of crap could only happen to me, Murphy's Law. As for the 'Pharmacist", she gets a special praise, very unkempt, her white smock was filthy, her hair looked greasy and was all over her face, loose, her hair flaking whatever into peoples medications, at this point, I decided to have one script filled, as I knew it would be a sealed bottle, and cancelled the other scripts, I had been doing a lil shopping of food items, but decided not to take a chance, not today, I am saddened this awesome pharmacy has gone down the pooper due to management neglect, poor decisions, lack of maintenance, poor hiring skills, and just general overall neglect.

I go to the pharmacy off 164th in…
I go to the pharmacy off 164th in Vancouver, WA and the staff is beyond rude. I was told that my copay was low enough and they refused to let me use my copay card. They also tried to refuse me my 90 day Rx and said I had to pay for the 30 day first and then next month I could get my 90 day Rx this would have cost me 90.00 extra dollars. When I went to give them my new insurance they told me I had to wait till they finished up with the line behind me before they would help me. I had to leave to go back to work and go another time. They gave me a prescription that was so faded with the writing I couldn’t read what was given and I have such little faith in them I had to do the pill checker online to make sure it was the correct pill. I wish my insurance would let me change but they won’t they are the preferred pharmacy and it’s absolutely horrible and sucks.
