Too bad I can’t give 0 stars. I was to have a serious medication that I need to prevent immediate death. The prescription was called in yesterday. Tonight at 4 pm I still cannot get through to the CBS pharmacy in Tiburon CA. I cannot recommend these horrid people.

Cvs drive up, 5 cars deep 40 minutes. The sign says "Drive up for drop off or pick up Only" that's not happening!! Next visit second car in line, 20 minutes. Three of those minute were waiting for the clerk to acknowledge me and 17 minutes for someone to do their own covid test. The were touching everything on the slide out drawer. I drove off and transfered my prescriptions. This was the second time my prescriptions were transferred to CVS after they bought out the local pharmacy I had been using. Horrible service (Twice). Never again!!!!! And their App sucks too!!!

They will give you the runaround, claim there is missing information on your claim submission without specifying what, ask you to resubmit a claim, then apparently put in their notes "DO NOT REIMBURSE. OUT OF NETWORK PHARMACY." What a joke.

CVS just lost our business ! Anyone who discriminated against a company because of religion -political views loses my business -Hello Walgreens !!! #mypillow is the best !!!!!

Awful. Went in for Covid testing. Was told it would take 2-3 days. On day 5 now and I called the actual store. The store confirmed that their actual turn around was 48 hours. I cannot get answer from minute clinic. Should have gone gone to a reputable walk in at least. CVS is just awful!

I tried to get prescriptions filled and have my wife pick them up. They had 24 hours notice, my wife went and was met by a pharmacy tech that was very rude and obnoxious with her. They held my scripts because there was no insurance, after my wife told them she would pay, they said to come back in an hour and a half, when she returned, arguing with her that it had not been that long, when said she would pay they still did not have them stating they were trying to put discounts on them, when she said she had to go to work, the tech answered it's a 24 hour pharmacy, which wasn't the point, we only have one vehicle, I'm sick and my wife works in another town. I was profiled because of my age and that I had no insurance and on medicare. We switched the prescriptions to another pharmacy and hopefully will pick them up in the morning.

The worst experience I have ever had. Pharmacy policy is greed & corrupt pharmacists lie to patients & extort money. NEVER GO HERE

I ordered cvs prescription delivery for the first time last week. My delivery was scheduled to be here over one week ago and all the app keeps telling me it’s on its way. I keep having to go to the local cvs to get 3 day supplies. No communication, nothing about why it’s late. I’ll never use cvs delivery again.
