Each time I call regarding the COVID-19 vaccine, the recording says to check CVS com / coronavirus. And, each time I go to that specific website address, it’s states “the page is not available!”

Waste of my time doing a 20 minute survey To earn my $10 reward and I’m at the store and they’re not giving it to me they say that it’s not on my card after I took a 20 minute survey! Do not do any surveys for CVS actually don’t shop there their products are way too expensive and less you do have a coupon then they don’t honor it ! Don’t shop there!!!!!!!!!!

Can I have your personal phone number to market my services on a Sunday morning?? NO I don't want auto refill, how many times do I have to tell CVS this? Now my phone rings daily with a robo call asking me if I want them to get my RX on an auto refill basis. Called this morning at 9 AM, Sunday, 2/21/21. STOP IT!!! Blocked the pharmacy # -- hope a lot of others do the same. They should be able to contact me with important info, but this is the only way for me to control this.

Went for a COVID test on Monday. On Saturday still no results and no information from CVS. This company is incompetent and a waste of time. DO NOT use CVS for COVID testing.

Please stop your annoying emails being sent on a daily basis. Congratulations: $90 For You!

Every other pharmacy opens, but Not CVS! Every pharmacy in town from locally owned to Walmart & Kroger opens with a little inclement weather but Not this corporate giant who does Not care about their customers...real people! They do Not care about You because it may inconvenience someone!!!! Stay away!!!!

We are having extremely low temperatures with a little snow in Oklahoma right now. The roads have been clear with some slick spots but passable even in a small car. I was at the dr. with a bad knee, she called in three scripts to CVS on Mustang rd. in Yukon, Ok. I didn’t get a notice from them that they were ready. The next day I called them to check. She stated they closed early the day before because of weather ( the roads were clear) but my scripts were ready. Why didn’t you send me notice? Oh you didn’t get one. I said I’ll send my wife right now to pickup. She said we close in two minutes. Let me talk to your manager. I told him my wife was on her way and you close in two minutes, he said sorry. I will make it, there are seniors, sick and elderly that need their meds to function and survive, other pharmacies are open CVS choose to close every opportunity. I had to give them one star that they don’t deserve, so I can write this review. Never again!

If I can give 0 stars I would do it gladly. My local pharmacy in Sacramento is horrible. When you called them you usually get one hour hold before you are able to speak to someone. I’m in chronic pain for years since my amputation and they always giving me hard time refill prescriptions and most of the time they are out of stock. Horrible pharmacy
