I'd give them a -1. Went in to fill a prescription, asked if they accept a Veterans card person at the counter called for a supervisor who looked at the prescription listened to the counter person said "no", and walked away. Very rude! Won't ever go to a CVS!

I'm on auto refill by mail or so I thought. They cancelled all my auto refills then tried to charge me for expedited shipping. One rep said there was an issue with the system crossing over into 2021 and my auto profile was cancelled. Supervisor said I never had auto set up. I told her I already received 3 sets of refills after which there was silence. I switched back to Walgreens

They really don't even deserve on star. The employees especially at the pharmacy think they are from more intelligent specie. Arrogant, snobby, sleezy, and cheap. I visited different parts of the world. Merchants stand by the door to welcome their patronage, and those are not wearing masks, they will be presented with one with a big smile. You enter CVS, eyes from every corner snare at you, and a sound follows: you need to wear a mask. You stay in line to get to one to serve you. You approach the attendant. You ask I need to purchase a mask. How much is it. She howls at you: we don’t sell the paper one. We have only the fabric one at the end of the store. She sees you walking out. She lost a customer. She lost me, and I am sure she lost many like me. She didn’t care. I went and I bought what I need somewhere else. Hello Mr. CVS Stockholder: you don’t care too?

By far the laziest cheapest company ever. They lie about when they get scrips. They don’t answer the phone. They make you wait for things for over an hour when it’s not even something they take out of its original packaging. Terrible. I hate CVS. They’re unfortunately too big to fail apparently. The best pharmacy a few years back was the local target pharmacy. Friendly , informative, prompt, and they even had little things to make the experience even better like text notifications that actually worked and bottles that we actually child proof. Then CVS was losing buisness so they bought target pharmacy and now they are all CVS. They fired the good staff. Replaced the bottles with ones my 6year old can open with his left hand. And are so understaffed it’s no wonder that the girl who comes to the counter at the pharmacy desk can’t remember which lie she told you when she first walked up and they didn’t have your script ready. “They just got the script in” we had a 3 pm doctors appointment and we asked the doc if it was sent or if she was sending later. She said nope it’s done virtually and I sent it in while we were talking. Nothing to do. It was foot creme. But 5 hrs later they “just got it” from the closed doctors office. I can’t believe peope put up with them. I’m going to do a ANY other option. I hope you go under one day.

Called CVS today to schedule Covid vaccine because the local paper said they were scheduling. Couldn't understand a word either of the foreign CVS people were saying. Hire Americans only! I will not deal with corporations who don't. It's a ghetto pharmacy in New Orleans where I saw a robbery take place. Another time the pharmacist said she wasn't qualified to sell me Sudafed when the pulmonologist ordered it. So unprofessional and un-American.

They don't even deserve one star. I had a double lung transplant just over 3 years ago. The meds I take literally keep me alive by keeping my body from rejecting the new lungs. I have gone over 2 weeks now without one of them. I've spent hours and hours on hold. They keep giving me delivery dates and it never comes. The next day I call and "oh, blah blah problem" then I fix said problem and get another delivery date. Two days ago the escalations team said they would send it out THAT day by courier. Had to call again today. Another hour on hold before telling them to call me. She calls me, says while waiting to connect me to escalations she refreshed the page and saw my script just downloaded. What!!!! Now they say it's coming tomorrow. If I go into rejection they will have a lawsuit to deal with. Oh, I have no choice about where I get these specialty meds. I cant just switch pharmacies. Luckily, I get everything else from my local Rite Aid.
