I want to give them a zero. The worst service ever i don't use them but i have had to pick up fir someone else and every time the service is HORRIBLE. And now lane 1 is for covid testing only but it doesn't say that. So you wait in line until they feel like telling you now 2 or 3 people have gotten in front of me.and if you go inside some of the store's have lots of people waiting. Lots

I have had it with CVS. Not only do they lose your meds in the mail; they refuse to give you a simple answer or better yet they lose your information. This company should close their doors. The customer service department if you get them is totally disrespectful.

Spoke with the pharmacist: 3/6/21: Brianna. Her attitude was very unprofessional and flippant. Even when I asked her name she gave me Bri in a sing song. I called and requested her first name. She literally told me to go some where else after I told her my issue and was researching the best price. If I could give a negative number I would! Of course, I'm happy to give my money to Walgreens, Rite Aid, Walmart, Giant Eagle, Drug Mart, Daves, etc, etc.!

It is really frustrated and waste of time, I visited CVS in 5333 Elkhorn Blvd before five days to pick up a Vitamin D2 for my wife and they said the medicine is not available right now and it will be in store may be after 24hours and they will text me once it is ready. Then we didn’t hear from them. Today 3/5 my wife went there at morning and it is still not ready yet and they said it will be ready afternoon. Then I went there at 6PM and it is still not ready. Is that normal?

A combination of CVS, Aetna and Tricare are hurting military veterans, retirees and retired US military civilians. They can't work together to allow military service earned Tricare benefits to pay their share of medicine costs. Aetna now requires people with their insurance to buy their medicine from CVS, (sounds like antitrust). CVS owns Aetna. I now will have to pay $1000 more a year since CVS doesn't accept Tricare. If you check Trustpilot CVS/Aetna has an over 80% bad review history.

Cvs in Holyoke MA, shift supervisor or manager whatever they are, don't like when people have coupons. Customers service even worse. Been 4 months dealing with care pass cancelation. They charge my credit card and been 4 months waiting for a reimbursement for my credit card

I’m so majorly disappointed in this company. My child works there. But not for long. This has got to be one of the most unsafest places to work. So if you want to take something and get away with it, this is the store. You only get approached if they suspect you of taking something; they don’t hire security, they don’t have security around there most stolen items ergo, everything gets stolen and because this company has no b@11$, anyone can rob this place/hence making the products so expensive, people who really want the products can no longer afford them. Stupid management and horrible security. Waste of land on a company that doesn’t care.
