Terrible. I paid on app for prescriptions so I could have a friend pick up since my whole family was sick. I paid in full and when they went to pick up they said no record of paid and wouldn’t give the meds unless they paid so they paid again. I have been fighting w cvs for over a month to get my money returned

I just transferred all of my medications from CVS to a grocery store pharmacy. CVS never has the medication you need, and they do not follow up. Employees don't look happy to work there, long hold times on the phone and long times in line in either store or drive thru. I have had enough of it, moving ON!

I have been CVS pharmacy customer for 20 years. Obviously they have a monopoly, because the service is terrible. Errors on prescriptions, telling me its ready, I show up, its not. Long, long waits, the service is terrible. I wish there were an alternative!

I need to get 2 prescriptions filled monthly but it is so difficult since their website absolutely sucks. I'm living on campus right now, so I need all my meds to be delivered, but every time I run into issue after issue so I have to call them to even get my meds. And when you call them, you have to go through a five minute long speech from a robot before even speaking to a human.

I decided to use cvs pharmacy to supply my medication. Wow, huge mistake given my condition requires pain medication. My doctor phoned in a prescription for tramadol and when i got there, they informed me they were out! I had been filling this medication regular with them and i guess they either cant use their inventory management software or like most profit before customer business they dont order product until they meet a minimum order set by the vendor so they dont give up any margin. If you do business with cvs pharmacy you will be at their mercy acquiring your medication! Sadly, cvs is one of many corporations that couldnt care less about their customers. I promise cvs will never have a sale of any product again to me as long as i am alive. Now i am forced to use walmart as there is no better option. Take note that this is where America is these days!! The politicians who regulate every aspect of citizens lives would not allow the prescription to be transferred to a competitor or to another cvs branch! I could go on accurately for hours about how corporate America has sold out to all that is wrong and about the legislative powers that foster this... Both without a spec of what is right between them! I am happy knowing that my citizenship is in heaven!

Just a recent customer to their Pharmacy. Only experienced incompetency, and lack of communication and rudeness.I should have looked at this site before I get a got involved using their services. We all know the pricing inside the store is Extreme, and the pharmacy I just got a really bad taste of, so stay clear of their stars and save yourself a headache. When you have 80% of your feedback as negative, that's proof in the pudding. CVS has a service that works with Aetna, it's called CVS Caremark. Since CVS Caremark started managing my asthma medications the prices started going up. The company I work for has a program that will tell employees that there are more affordable brands of medicine. I tried to switch to a cheaper brand of medicine and CVS Caremark told me I had to talk to my doctor. My doctor approved, Caremark said my doctor had to explain why I was switching my brand of medication. My doctor sent CVS Caremark the necessary paperwork. The CVS pharmacy had the cheaper brand, then CVS Caremark blocked me from getting it. The cheaper brand of medication would have cost me $10.00 a month instead of the $75.00 I currently pay. CVS Caremark told me too bad and the cheaper medication isn't in their formulation. They also told me either I continue with the more expensive brand or I can go without. I asked CVS Caremark to send me a list of long lasting asthma medications that are available through CVS Caremark and there are three on the list. Those three are the most expensive brands on the market. To top that CVS Caremark makes me buy a 3 months supply. So I'm spending almost 300 dollars every 3 months. To solve my problem I have to cut my daily dosages in half. To top it all off. My 91 year old mother who has Tricare for life has to pay full price on her medications. CVS and CVS Caremark, doesn't care about the patient, they are out for the money In my opinion, CVS extorts money if they can. I recommend any other pharmacy over these mobsters.
