I am a customer at the CVS on Barterbrook Rd. in Staunton VA. I have to say I was treated like pure dirt this morning. I had called them yesterday to see when I could get my son's meds refilled to be able to travel to see my father who is very sick. I was told by a tech Megan that I could fill them both today 3/20. I made plans to leave to see my dad, call the pharmacy this morning and Jenny answered the phone and she was the nastiest, rudest human I have ever encountered... I asked to have them filled and she said completely nasty, "they're too early to fill" I proceeded to explain I had called yesterday but she hung up on me. She had no right being that nasty. She makes me feel as if I am doing something wrong. I will be transferring my scripts elsewhere as she makes me not even want to go into the store

Horrible experience both online and mobile app. Trying to get prescriptions to be delivered automatically is impossible. Ones that have been refilled at the pharmacy state they are available for pickup OR delivery, but there is nowhere to select delivery, even though my phone is set up and text messages are enabled. I am a software Product Manager and I know how a good website with intelligent UI should work, and CVS fails at all levels. I am thinking of switching to Amazon based upon my negative experiences.

My local CVS pharmacy is generally very helpful. Unfortunately it has gone down the hill. My latest experience was calling on the phone to make sure my husband and my prescriptions were all ready so that we didnt make a trip for nothing. He is 79 and I am being treated for cancer. I waited over 45 minutes to get some help. Mind you I generally have had to wait 15 to 20 minutes. There appears to be less and less staff in this time of covid. I realize there can be delays, however this is ridiculous. Called corporate to complain and it was another waiting game. Got to a complaint customer service rep and was put on hold twice and offered.to be put on hold a third time. I said no and explained that this is exactly the problem. I am done and will figure out what pharmacy to move to as I am lucky I have an option.

Ordered ibuprofen from their OTC catalogue March 3rd. On the 19th, I receive an email stating they'll mail it that day. Tracking states I should receive it next week. That's almost a month from Florida to SC. Glad I didn't have a headache. Worse online experience ever! My insurance co.should drop them & choose another source for their customers.

called CVS Extrabucks department on 3/18/21 at 1:48 PM (EST) and spoke with an offshore agent by the name of JAN. The agent came off very hostile after I did not understand why the $2 CRT coupon did not all apply to the purchase I made although they all fit the description of the purchase. I asked for a supervisor and he refused to patch me over to one. I repeated it several times but he became frustrated with an attitude until he hung up the line even though I was still talking. This is rude an unprofessional, I did NOT yell or curse the agent for this behavior to occurred. I did call back the Extrabucks line and I was hung up on then I decided to call another option and reached customer relations who created an incident # S3111429 and Extrabucks # S3111520

Stopped by the CVS pharmacy on South Boston Road in Danville, VA. Quickly picked up what I needed and went to check out. No cashier. Waited 10 minutes while listening to the employees laughing and conversing in the pharmacy. I won't be back and I'll be transferring my 10 prescriptions. They simply don't care

On 3-16-2021, at approximately 8:25pm I began calling CVS in Hueytown Alabama because one of my blood pressure medications had been destroyed (last 3 pills) and I needed to refill. Three times the automated service did not recognize my Rx number and three times the pharmacy cut me off before I got someone on the phone. Finally I call the store and ask to speak to a manager. A lady named Anna told me she was the night shift leader.. she tried to connect me to the pharmacy but could not. She came back and said there was a phone issue. She said I could call in the morning. I explained my situation and she said there was nothing she could do, she then said the pharmacist was to busy to come to the phone. I was angry because she did not care to try and help. She even asked, what do you want me to do? I told her that I would write my info down and take it to the pharmacy. It is frightening that I have depended on CVS for years to get the medicine to keep me alive. I’m leaving CVS tomorrow.

CVS horrible pharmacy if you have medications that are not covered by insurance beware. They will charge you 4 to 5 times over what GOOD RX prices show from other stores. I contacted CVS Corporate to issue a complaint they responded by saying we don't match those prices. Oh really well I don't shop at CVS any longer!!
