My wife had her first vaccine at CVS Santa Fe, Devargas.. An hour and one half.. Long lines. I had mine by the NMDH administered by the National Guard. In the time my wife finally received her injection- about 10 minutes- the Guard would have administered probably 10. Their explanation is it’s only their second day and should improve. Too much disorganized processes and Not enough people to give the shots. My opinion of CVS is severely reduced.

Absolutely loathe having to get my prescriptions filled through CVS because my employer is under contract with them. Nothing good I can say about their service, and I hear they are pretty bad to their employees! Corporate sucks!

CVS Pharmacy on Barracks Road, C-Ville. The Pharmacist and Tech that I talked to in the store...both males showed zero empathy. They made no effort to provide information to help or answer any of my questions about my medication -only one medication. Not even a smile in their eyes or a look or words that says, let me see if I can help. Also, I was the only customer at that time, so I can't say they were busy... I left the store thinking, this Pharmacist and tech must come to work just to earn a living at a "big box store", because they showed no willingness to help me cheerfully with my one medication. I left feeling, nothing caring about CVS pharmacy and why waste my time or money joining carepass. I could join costco for a little more and get cheaper everything including medications. I normally don't write reviews, but I was scarred by this recent CVS bad experience. I don't think I will go back to CVS pharmacy. Thank you

CVS is very misleading when advertising "rapid result covid testing". They say results are ready within 15 minutes, but it will take 1-2 days to get them to you. This deception has completely turned me against this establishment. I'll stick to Walgreens.

I woudn't have given CVS one star but I had to press at least one to right this review. Horrible customer service and frustrating experience. Without receipt (paper copy - stone age process), not returning the CVS logo items and customer service can't reissue receipt with BAR code. My only fault was buying 34 items from CVS worth of $685 and wanted to return few of them. Don't buy anything from CVS, you will never get your money back .....

My sons prescription can only be filled by speaking with a pharmacist. I can’t use the automated fill a prescription menu. I usually have to wait forever. I am currently waiting right now for them to pick up and I’m going on 15 min on hold. The music is So loud & and the message about COVID is repeated every 45 seconds. I know I heard you!! Then the pharmacist who picks up the phone are super rude & snotty. I’m switching to Walgreens & see if they are any better there, OVER my experience with that pharmacy. Terrible! Now I will say that the lady who runs the front register is always very nice & friendly. The Pharmacy sucks! Still waiting 18 min! I simply called CVS for a prescription status ( 9am ) for my wife and the nasty lady on the other end said it won't be ready til after 1pm. I explained that did not work for me or my wife, that we would be working. She proceded to tell me that was when their schedule pick up was. I repeated that would not work for me or my wife. I said can you work on the script and have it done sooner? She refused. I am a supervisor at my job. The most important thing when running a business, is the customer. Without them, you have no business. I called 4 hours before their scheduled pick up and this unprofessional lady would not budge ten minutes, half hour, an hour. So folks, when getting your script from CVS, you can get it according to their schedule and what works for them. Your own life and schedule does not matter.

I did a pretravel covid test at CVS, and it said the result will come out within 48hrs, and it did not. I arrived at the destination, still no results shown, there were 7 other people who tested at CVS, and had the same trouble as me at the airport, and they wanted all of us to fly back to where we came from by the next plane or book a hotel for the quarantine. I almost lost all my reservations I booked (hotels and car) for a month, and there was no customer service I could reach out about Covid test result. Can't believe I had to spend $125 for this. Finally after a few hours of waiting at the airport trying to figure it out, the airport staffs generously provided a rapid covid test for us, and released us. CVS sent me the test result 10 hours later and it was useless.
