Worst website system ever. You can't find anything you need. You go around in circles. There seem to be different logins for different parts of the system for some reason. Working with the CVS website is a reliably miserable experience.

So I was going to ask the clerk whether she can check the price of the items for me right? What she needs to do just scan those two items because I wanted to pay and go. Do you know what she said? Oo go over there and scan it yourself!! Whattttt!! Did she really understand what I am going to do? I am going to pay!! Why do I need to go scan and come back when she can do it in front of me???? So LAZY!!! I hate when people take everything for granted!! They don’t know without me going and purchasing their items weekly? They won’t have a job!! Btw Her name was Marsha!! She worked on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 8:30pm!! I am so unhappy when someone treated me badly like that!! I spent a lot of money at this store!! I got my prescription here at CVS!! They made a lot of money because I give them business!!! Everyone always treats me like my own family!! I like this store and this lady just treated me like I am a nobody!! She treated me like I am a homeless guy!! No job and no money!! I live here in Walnut Creek!! Does it tell something to you lady??? I guess she needs to take customer service classes again!!! Yes!! She needs to learn how to treat people better!! May be she can treat people like that in her own country!! But not here in Walnut Creek!!!

I entered the CVS in Newnan GA and the manager told me I HAD to wear a mask or get out of his store. I told him there are ZERO studies that prove masks are effective but he told me to get out because it’s private property. I will never shop with CVS again. They have some of he most incompetent people working there and this was the last straw. They have I accommodating hours in most all locations around my area, they keep going up on prescriptions, when you order online- be sure to check the prices in the cart because they raise prices at the last minute or they take away sale prices featured on their website. I have had to spell simple things for their pharmacists. CVS is TERRIBLE!!!!

i wonder if CVS even cares about these reviews. CVS has the worst customer service/call center. after they verify your account they will place you on hold (minimum of 25 minutes) to "check" on who knows what. if you are lucky, they will come back, if not, they will hang up on you. I am writing this review as I am on hold waiting for a representative to pick up the phone (current hold time 16 minutes and counting). this is my second call because they hung up on me the first time after being on hold for 30 minutes. i think CVS set a timer on their calls, if a call lasts longer than 30 minutes it will automatically hang up but unfortunately, they cannot resolve anything in 30 minutes and customers are constantly disconnected. why even have a call center to answer calls if you aren't going to pick-up the calls? what a scam. edit - just got off the phone with them. 60 minutes total. total speaking time 6 minutes, wait time 54 minutes. issues NOT resolved. wanted to transfer me to another department but I just didn't want to wait anymore

Today I stopped by CVS store located at 2315 Huntington Dr., Duarte CA 91010 to pickup a UPS delivery redirected to me. The employee asked for my ID and after few minutes told me that nothing under my name was found. Although I verified and insisted that it should be at the sore, I have seen a box that I recognized that it should be mine. The employee gave it to me and I signed for it but warned me on front of other customers that if it happens again will never be able to pick it up . To my surprise and when I got it, my name was printed very clearly on the box!!!!!!!

In your ad dated 4-28-21 to 4-3-21 there's an add for Gold Bond Ultimate Crepe Defense lotion, with a $2.00 clip coupon & buy 2 & get $5.00. I visited the CVS at 15180 Kensington, Tustin, Ca., 92606. 10am on march 28 & there wasn't a single container of the Crepe Defense lotion. On todays visit 4/3/21 @ 8pm, still no lotion. Do not go to CVS pharmacy on West Lake Pleasant or North Lake Pleasant in Peoria, AZ to get a Covid test. You will wait forever. They are inefficient and waste your time. If you value time, good service and a good company, CVS is not your place.
