I live in Corpus Christi Tx. I went in to CVS to do a sleepy study. After my sleep study I was sold a c pap machine and a so clean machine, just want to let you know what a great team cvs has. They took care of my insurance and I was given step by step instructions on how to use the equipment. I was also given their personal phone numbers in case I needed futher assistance. The young girl that help me was Alexis and the store manager was Efrin. the store is located on S Stales and Yorktown blvd. I go to cvs pharmacy located at 222 Saratoga Ave, Santa Clara mostly twice a week to pick up my husband’s medications. Even though I like all the staff members over there, they are very friendly and helpful but one person went above and beyond. Her name is Sabrina. I feel happy to see her at the counter, the way she does her work is commendable. She makes sure we are leaving the store satisfied. She is very attentive, smart, proactive and helpful. She also remembers the name:) I wanted to give her appreciation card or something, but may be its not allowed. I hope this note reaches out to her as a little Thank You note for all the good work she does.😊🙏

Maybe Americans don’t value a great Customer Service as I, an European man do! I always have great experiences at CVS Pharmacy’s all over USA but today in Atlanta, at 235 Peach Tree St that was above and beyond my expectations I got this attendant called TIFFANY that was the most helpful attendant I got in CVS so far.In fact Tiffany as great CS skills she helped look to what I was looking for and managed to upsale what I needed so u ended up spending quite more money than I thought I would, but came out the shop very, very pleased and happy with all I got there This should be minimum enough for nomination for “ Employee of the month” or even a promotion to store manager or floor manager. Great knowledge of the products, great sale skills and very helpful and Customer Focused. I went into the Wakefield CVS this afternoon to get my Flu jab. I had the great pleasure to have Marc R as the RN to administer the injection. He was prompt, friendly and efficient. He was funny as well. I earned a lollipop for being a good patient and a coupon worth $5 off $20 spent. May you have the good fortune to have him when you get your Flu jab.

I received 3 vaccinations recently at the CVS pharmacy at 1422 East Pass Rd. in Gulfport MS. I'd like to commend the pharmacist Mindy Ngo RPh. She was very professional, kind and considerate. She always calls her repeat customers my their first name (Mr. Steve in my case). No matter how busy they are, she always has time to answer any questions and provide excellent advice to her patients. In these times of global pandemic and other significant events, the world needs more people like Mindy.

Sorix is the pharmacy manager at the lake Worth rd store. He is a kind compassionate young man. I am a handicapped female senior citizen , I cannot walk SORIX was nice enough to come out to the car , to give me my Covid booster. I hope that his supervisor reads this I wish they had more people in this world like this gentleman. He definitely deserves to be commended for going out of his way, to help my husband and I ! I wish there were more people in this world like him.

We had the BEST visit at the pharmacy at CVS! Our pharmacist was Eric who was totally AWESOME! Explained everything and made a COVID test for traveling so easy!!! Can’t thank him enough

I went to refill my RX on the app and was not able too. I called into inquire about medication and the pharmacist answered and explained that I could not refill till 8/22, due to the insurance denying it. I explained that the Doctor up the dose and I am out. Told her I am a high risk pregnancy, what should I do. She looked back in to my Rx and said that she will call your insurance. She called back 10 mins later to tell me that I can come pick up my RX. Thank god for her, I was defiantly freaking out.
