Trying to monopolize pharmacies.
Cvs is trying to cut out the Mom and Pop drug stores. They send notices that they will not fill my prescriptions at insurance prices, if I do not use them. I will not be bullied!

I almost lost my flight after receiving the pcr test after 6 days! Where they said on their website it would only take 1 to 2 days. I felt hopeless and their customer service is just an answering machine. I hope this clinic improves by being transparent and helpful to people esp in this challenging times.

Omg the pharmacy is the worst...wish I can go back to Walgreens. You can never get ahold of anyone. And why they switched my medication without asking me or telling me.

Was told by my insurance to contact CVS Caremark about my insurance and prescriptions (don't know why they wouldn't know but okay) and then when I find I need to transfer a prescription, I ask why my insurance is freaking out and they say to contact the pharmacy. This is why I wanted to stick with Walgreens because everyone involved in this so far is stupid as hell.

Dropped off film to be processed in January. Was told it would be just under $11 and a couple days. I called and called. No one knew where my films were. Then 4 months later and many many calls. They found them. And the biggest is, instead of $10.89 a roll, it was $29.89 a roll! So not only did it take then 4 months, but they tripled the price!! No one had a good reason, or any logical reason. What a joke!

CVSCaremark has kind customer services reps, but must have very insufficient training for it's employees. I had two unique occurrences where a specific medication was needed and given varying erroneous information from bot clinical and customer services staff, along with no positive resolution and gross delays. Although CVSCaremark is tied to my medical insurance provider, I no longer use them for my prescription drug needs, rather I self-pay with less stress and greater financial benefits with other perks, and discounts cards. What happened to patient-centric care?

If you leave in the Boston area and need a covid test, don’t use CVS, especially if you need tour results within a certain (24/48 hour time frame). You pay a lot of money and CVS does not meet it side of the bargain... at least not to us. Use the Mass testing sides. They are paid out of our taxes and they give you the results back consistently and within 24 hours

Miserable customer service. I have been calling my pharmacy all day. They do not answer, I have called at least six times, and each time I am listening to awful music for at least ten minutes. A friend using a different CVS tells me the same thing. Their phone system is ridiculous. I'm going elsewhere.
