I have pictures where 2 ladies bought maybe 60 tide liquids and 40 downy liquid. I came at 8:15am and unable to buy any detergent. I asked the cashier is there not a limit so other customers can get stuff. They replied NO. Very disappointed. The CVS on Berkman. Austin Tx

Worst retail pharmacy. They have stolen expensive inhalers, necessary for asthmatics, billed my insurance but not filled the drugs. From the corporate office to every CVS pharmacy crummy employees, thieves even.

Es una tienda totalmente ineficiente en sus servicios, si eres extranjero/turista en EEUU por favor no vayas a este lugar para tomarte un test covid, es cara y el servicio no vale la pena te brindan muy poca información y los resultados demoran tanto que podrías perder tu vuelo. Encima de todo el call center es una pena, te responden de mala manera no te colaboran y piensan que te hacen un favor cuando pagaste por sus servicios pésimos.

The store is very unwelcoming, dirty, and unorganized. Items are thrown everywhere, and the organization does not make sense at all. I once received an expired medication from the pharmacy, and I also noticed that many of the drinks and snacks were expired. There are many rude CVS employees, one being Sasha, who accused my 5 year old of stealing a toy because he was playing with it. I believe that this store is very bad, and I highly suggest you refer to any other pharmacy.

My doctor ordered a life savung drugs for me, Nitro Spray, went to pick it up paid for it. When I got home I realized the items was going to expire in less then sixty day. The next day I took it back, the pharmacist said she would order a new one which will be in the next day. Well I waited until the evening to pick up giving them all day to get it. I go to pick it up,no one knows or can find where it was reordered. Nothings in my folder that tells them I returned the drug, nothing showing the pharmacist ordered the drug. I ask for a refund so I can go somewhere else to find the drug. She could not refund me because there’s no record of a return or order.she said she has no way that I’m telling the truth and the other pharmacist is not there. At that point I got kind of angry because I need the nitro spray because I’m out. Some how she reaches the pharmacist and come back with yeah it’s expiring in 60 days and we legally can give you the drug. Why couldn’t the on the day I return the pharmacist could have told me, I could made the decision to go somewhere else and buy the drug where it would not expire in 60 days. Don’t pawn a expiring drug on me. If I was in another neighborhood this wouldn’t happen. Very disappointed in CVS. In the end I felt like I was forced to take back the old drug. By the way I’ve been coming to this CVS for over 15 years. Things have certainly change at this location. There’s more mistakes that have been made I’m not going to go into. 4/17/2021 update: I’m editing the review. I find out the Dr ordered a 30 Day supply, what they gave was a 14 day and told me it was for 30 day. By the way the 30 day supply would have cost me the same amount, why would them do that????

CVS Oregon Ave in South Philadelphia is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service, efficiency and timleness for fill prescriptions,and cleanliness. My goal is to never use this CVS ever agian after significant disappointment over the course of years. This location is managed so poorly I can't imagine that the brand of the corporation would ever want to be associated with the stain that this location produces. With some many options in the market CVS should be concerned as this location is a trigger for never using the CVS organization ever again..

My doctor changed my perscription and CVS had only 1 vial of what I needed when I went there - They said come back on monday,I came back monday and they said that it was a controled substance and could not sell me the other vial and I had to wait 30 days till the next perscription was allowed to be filled - the Doctor had to rearrange my treatment due to CVS and their poor inventory and suppy prcedures - caution this phamacy may end up causing your death - choose a more professional phamarcy please .This is the CVS at 3498 N.5th Streeeh hwy. Reading ,Pa.

I am a retired healthcare worker. CVS had been my designated preferred pharmacy until I was scamed and the CVS put me through "hell" in trying to correct what they did. IBack in February I purchased over the counter emdication at my local CVS. The Cashier asked me if I had ? memebrship?. I told her I have aways had CVs as my preferred pharmacy and that I had my card in my car. She said she looed me up and I did not have a "memebrship". She led me to believe as my Visa card was being charged that she was going to correct that. Little I knew until ym visa was billed that she had actualy sold me a memebrship for a monthly fee of $5. You always assume an honest mistake was amde so I went back to my neighborhood CVS to cancel the memebrship. The Cashier said I have to call "this number and they take care of it". Of interest she ahd just sold the same mebership to the custoner before me and assured him "You can laways cancel no problem." I called the number and I was put through the wheel from one agent to another...they speak in sugar-coated terms yet their professional service leaves much to be desired. I gave all answers to the first representtaive when she assured that it would just take a minute but she ahs to transfer me to another resp. The enxt rep asked the exact same questions and I naswered them...then she started asking questions that CLEARLY ARE IN VIOLATION OF MY ID PROTECTION.... and left hanging there foreevr until I got disconnected. My card has just been charged for the monthly fee .... CVS is a healthcare orgaization....I no longer trust them. Healthcare organizations are expected to function under the highest code as their servcies deal with the sacred health and life of the customers. I WILL NEEVR PUT A FOOT AGAIN IN ANY CVS...
