There is nowhere to file a complaint on the CVS Specialty pharmacy website, so I will file it here. My Wife and I have had an absolutely pathetic and embarrassing experience with you all. It is unacceptable and hard to believe you all could treat people this way. Here is our experience. On Tuesday (4/20) my Wife called to set up an Rx that was NEEDED today (4/22). When she called she spoke to a man who told her that it was being run past insurance and not to worry because even if insurance didn’t approve it until today, they could still same day ship it. Yesterday, Wednesday (4/21) my Wife spent 51 minutes going back and forth with a technician. At one point the Rx was going to be $199.00 a shot, then was back to $1,500 a shot. Finally, the same man came on and told us it was covered by insurance and was being shipped out last evening to arrive to us today. This morning (4/22) my Wife was told that the Rx was cancelled. She had to call herself to figure out that it has been cancelled. No phne call or email was sent to her. After that, she spent much of her day on the phone trying to get the Rx placed. At 2:57 PM, the order was placed and they told her it would be delivered to us tonight in St. Louis from Mt. Pleasant, IL. At 4:51 PM I called back for the tracking # as clearly CVS can not be trusted to do their job correctly. I talked to a woman who told me that there was no tracking # because it was going through a courier but she could “assure” me that the shipment was on its way and would be delivered tonight. Later this evening we were still waiting and decided to call back. At that point we were told the Rx was cancelled again. No call, email, or text to make us aware of that. It was cancelled at 3:00 as well. Just a few minutes after my wife was told it was successfully placed. 1 hour and 50 minutes before the woman “assured” me that the order had been shipped. This is unacceptable and it is hard to believe you all could treat people this way, especially when it comes to people’s health. My wife is distraught and needs this medication to keep a procedure on track. Your ineptness has caused terrible pain and stress. I look forward to hearing back with a reply as to how this situation can be remedied.

Worst customer service ever. On 04/15 I was called to pick up my prescription, I am not driving due to stroke so sent my husband the next day. My husband was told the medication was in another location, that he can come back next day. On 04/18 he went back and he was told to call the Dr and requested to transfer the medication to this location in New TAMPA. I called the Dr, which she did transfer, Today 04/22 I called the pharmacy to check on my medication and I was told they do not have it until 05/12. What is going on? Where the medication come from? China? This situation looks like third world country excuses. This is unbelievable. I do not have medication,

My prescription was sent to the pharmacy at 6pm, before closing. I went to the store at 9:45 the next morning and was told it would be ready at noon. At noon they still couldn't estimate when it would be ready. Really? Don't give an estmate you cannot honor, please. My experience at Walgreens is very different. If I wait for a perscription, it takes about 15 minutes. Pick up later is longer, but reasonable - 2 hours MAX.

I went to the local CVS to get a covid test. Instead of letting me go to the drive-in, I had to go to a little Hut with no ventilation. Absolutely ridiculous. Who knows who I've been in there before me, with their mask off sticking a Q-Tip up their nose. This rapid results. When I got them back. It was negative but there was NO date. COULD NOT USE THE RESULTS FOR PRE-SURGERY. HOW STUPID STUPID CAN CVS BE? There was a date several pages a way, but no real confidence that that was the date I got the test on and not just the date printed. The people at the store were nice, but no one thought through the system. Go to Walgreens. You get the date clearly stated and it's all drive through you're not in some little Hut where people have been before you.

Refused to use any discount Rx codes. Wouldn't even try any of them. So had to pay full price. Will never use CVS again.

The CVS App is a joke. I can't refill prescriptions when I need to, only some prescrip[tions are eligible for automatic refills, and it takes days for CVS to renew prescriptions from the doctor. Additionally, I am unable to sync my prescriptions to all be ready at the same time. I never had problems like this at Walgreens and would go back, but my insurance threatened me with more expensive prescriptions if I didn't move to CVS.

CVS Pharmacy on HWY 51 in Madison never has my prescription in stock and it always takes over a week to get my prescription - for something that I need. I went to the doctor early this time so that they would have time to get my prescription in time. Even though the doctor called in my prescription early, they didn't do anything with it until I called and asked when it would be ready - two days after the fill date listed on the prescription. They, of course, didn't have it in stock and said it would take a week to get it in. My whole family will be moving their business to a different pharmacy and I will NEVER shop at CVS again.

If I could give this CVS Pharmacy at Park Road and Worthington-Galena negative stars I would because it is not worthy of one star. Although I am a person who loves a deal I would rather pay more money to go anywhere else rather than go this CVS and with that being said I will never patron another CVS. I have picked up prescriptions at this location in the past through drive-thru utilizing GoodRx because the price of my medication with GoodRx was cheaper than using my insurance. Especially, since we are still in a pandemic I wanted to avoid going inside to decrease my exposure. Now, during a pandemic, the employee at the drive-through wanted me to come in and show my discount. All I had to do was read off the information from my phone avoiding having to go into the story considering the fact that we are still in the midst of a pandemic. The lady at the employees was lazy and irritable not displaying any level of customer service. I felt like I was a bother for her the way she sighed and threw her head down. I told her that I could give her all of the information in the drive-thru and she ended up taking down my information and said that it would be 10 minutes to fill my prescription. Fast forward and she did not apply my discount after she took it down. Then we went through the charade again of me giving her my information again. At that point, I asked if I could transfer my prescription, and when she asked me where I said anywhere but there.
