I’m a health care worker who needed a covid test. Appointment time was 610. I drove 54 minutes to get a rapid test. The lady calls me at 605 telling me I’m late, all rude. I told her well be a little late by 5-10 minutes due to traffic. She then told me at 607 she couldn’t do my rapid test and mind you they told me hours before I could come earlier so that time I drove 58 minutes plus 45 minutes while I was driving at work. Only to drive 54 minutes and another 54 minutes home.

Service is horrible. I went to the drive thru to pick up a prescription that was supposed to be ready at 3 PM. I went at 4:00 pm, so they would have plenty of time to fill it. They told me to come back in 20 minutes. I went back at 7:15 pm. It still wasn't filled. The rude pharmacy tech said it wasn't her fault. Told me to come back in 20 minutes. Stay away from CVS at 70th & O St in Lincoln, NE. We have 8 prescriptions monthly. Will be moving our business across the street to Walgreens.

Very bad experience of customer service. I went to the store to use my cvs money because it was expiring the same day. But their system was not taking my phone number so i couldnot use my cvs extra bucks. The next day i called cvs 1800 number three times and spent three hours to explain why i couldnot use my extrabucks. But they didnot help. Three times three different person on phone keep saying you should use extrabucks before expiration date. We cannot do anything now. Very very bad customer service.

This company is being forced to sign up people for a membership reward program! They will put a FAKE email for you to make their number quota! You can say NO, you don't want it three TIMES and they still are pressured to sign you up with a fake email so that they can take $5 out of your account every Month! If at all possible shop anywhere else but here!

They wanted me to get a 3 month supply of my medications and claimed they gave me RX card savings! They put the blame on my doctor and myself when i asked them why they were trying to make me pay for a 3 month supply of everything without a discount!

HELLO IT WAS THE WEEKEND WHEN MY DOCTOR PLACED A PRESCRIPTION WITH CVS, HE SPENT (3) ON THE PHONE JUST TO MAKE SURE THAT WHAT HE PLACED THEY HAD IT THERE IN STOCK, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR A DOCTOR TO HAVE TO WAIT 3 HOURS OF HIS TIME TO GET THRU A PHARMACY, THIS IS WHY I WANT TO TELL MY STORY HERE I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD BE DOING THIS BUT CONSUMERS, THE DOH ( DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH ) DOS DEPARTMENT OF HUMAN SERVICES, ACHA ( AGENCY FOR HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION ) SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THIS BIG CHAIN PHARMACY'S DO NOT CARE ABOUT PEOPLE AND THE MAKE YOU WASTE HOURS ON THE PHONE FOR CONSUMERS AND PROVIDERS TOO, DO YOU THINK THIS IS SUNDAY MORNING, MY EMERGENCY MEDICATION STILL THERE WITH THEM, HAVE THEY CALLED ME TO TELL ME ITS READY, NO NOT AT ALL, SINCE THEM I HAVE CALLED 7 TIMES EACH TIME I SPEND MORE TIME ON THE PHONE AND NO ANSWER, I GET ON THE COMPUTER, I OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM AND STILL NOTHING ITS RESOLVED, THESE PHARMACY'S ARE ALL OVER THE PLACE OVER POWERING SMALL GOOD SERVICE PHARMACY'S OUT THERE THAT REALLY DO DELIVERY, THEY DO NOT HAVE DELIVERY (THEY DO NOT CARE). CVS KNOWS WHY THEY HAVE MANY STORE FIGURED OUT THAT YOU WILL HAVE TO COME TO THEM THEY ARE ALL THERE PLACE, IF SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN TO ME OR MY FAMILY YOU WILL GET SUED, YOUR SERVICE STINKS, YOU DO NOT ANSWER QUESTIONS OR CALLS THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE, YOU SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS AS A PHARMACY, THEY KNOW MY MEDICATION ITS NEEDED, ON FRIDAY NIGHT I WENT THERE ITS WAS NOT READY YET THE MEDS THEN THE LADY AT THE PHARMACY SAID I WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS IS READY, IT SHOULD BE READY BY BEFORE 12PM, BUT I WILL CALL YOU SHE HAS A MASTERS IN B/S, LIERS THEY NEVER CALLED AND COULD NOT EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE THERE - THIS AND MANY MORE ISSUES SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND HAVE A CLASS SUIT BROUGHT AGAINST THEM AND WALGREENS TOO THEY DO NOT STAY TOO FAR FROM THE TRUTH TOO, BUT THE ONE STORE THAT THIS HAPPEN TO ME ITS LOCATED ON US1 AND 288TH STREET IN HOMESTEAD, FL 33030. EVERYONE I URGE YOU TO COMPLAINT TO HAVE YOUR RIGHTS HEARD AND THAT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND MANY LIVES COULD BE LOST BECAUSE OF THEIR NEGLIGENCE AND NEGLECT...

I would give the CVS Pharmacy @ 2788 Murfreesboro Rd. Antioch, Tn. a negative 5 stars if possible. I have always had problems here but because it is right next to my house I have stayed here. I went to pick up my medicines tonight. I got into the drive-through line 15-18 minutes prior to closing time. There were two cars in front of me. The car at the window took the entire time. I pulled up to the window at 8:03 pm and the Pharmacist said he could not give me my medicine. I told him that I had been in line and that I was out. He said it didn't matter. That I could go to Harding Place. I told him again that I was out of my medicine and that I was here on time. He said that I should have come inside and that he didn't have any staff. So you mean to tell me in three minutes, he had NO staff. I waited patiently and he refused to get my medicine. His name is Sonny and I will be contacting the licensing board. I need that medicine. Fast forward to today I had to get that medicine from them from them. So a girl gets my name DOB etc. Then Sonny comes up to give me my medicine. I asked him again why he would not give me my meds last night. He said, my business hours are from 8am to 8pm, you got here after closing. I told him, you known was in line way before closing. He said well my register cuts off at 8pm. I said really? If I would have been inside you would have rang me up. He replied, well you should have came inside. First, I am disabled. Second, I was in line. He could tell. Instead of giving me my meds that I had no more doses of, he said I would have to go to a 24 hour CVS almost 30 minutes away. He was completely rude about it today again. Saying my office hours are 8am to 8pm period. Well, I have a lot of medicine there and it is being moved to a different pharmacy today. Sonny is horrible.

The cvs on 5500 w 38th is the worst pharmacy I know of
