There stores are just aweful . Cancelled them from contacting me for texts ,email,phone calls,stopped automatic refills but they just start again?..it’s actually funny. I changed my phone number on there website but they still call. Still automatically fill my prescriptions. I even went so far to say I am deceased. It’s like I’m in a horror movie.

CVS in CharlesTown WV is horrible. The lady at the prescription counter is so rude. I contacted them when I moved to another state, to transfer all my medications and not to fill anymore.THEY ARE STILL FILLING MY PRESCRIPTIONS. I have called and called but they still fill them, infact I have one ready now.

Worst place for a covid shot, went to the one down the street accepting walk ins I had appointment, turns out it was with the cvs 1 mile down the street, they wouldn't give me the shot, 10 bucks in parking down the drain, drove to correct CVS unfortunately lost my 1st shot card and was told no card no shot! Soooooo no 2nd shot for me thanks CVS you suck!

Customer service very poor. They talk to customers in a non-professional manner. I always have to talk to the manager to resolve problems. I get more respect from my doctors who make mistakes than your staff. I see that CVS Rockaway Beach has a bad rating so it is not only me.

Time for Amazon to get into prescription business as Cvs could care the least about customer service. No help in pharmacy a pharmacist fills prescriptions. Handles phone calls and drive through and counter. Waited 1 hour at store at palm beach gardens to be waited on. My doctor have up trying to speak to pharmacist

I used too have my meds delivered too me at home I’m disabled and home bound now I’m being told because I have Medicaid I can no longer have them delivered thanks a lot Cvs

CVS Lies! The company policy concerning coupons is awful! The object is to bring customers into the store, not insult them and lie to them! My coupon clearly stated good thru 5/26/21. Which was today. But I was told I could not use it because it was past 2:00 P.M on May 26th. Have you people lost your mind? I will submit a fraud complaint with the Florida Attorney General. I have heard similar complaints from many members of our HOA. Get you act together or get out of the business!

Horrible customer service. Left on the phone for over a half-hour. Impossible to talk with a person in the pharmacy. Forced to use CVS by my insurer but if I can ever changes pharmacies I will do it on a heartbeat.
