Pharmacy Rowland park north swindon always messing my meds up please look? You been doing this for two years I have had enough of wasting my money taxis due to mess ups all the time? When will this be fixed. I notified nice lady on phone who found my items but this shouldnt keep happening every month.

Really terible service at pharmacy never have i witnessed such poor They have no help. 30 Minutes to get subscription no drivethrough There making money on the covid shots long lines. Terrible

I went to the pharmacy tonight 6/2/2021 @ 9 pm on Bertrand street in Lafayette Louisiana to ask about the Covid test and the person there was extremely rude !!!!

I was in the Yucaipa store on oak Glen and Yucaipa boulevard today. There was an elderly elderly gentleman in front of me who had a hard time hearing. The young petite long brown haired girl wearing a white jacket working at the pharmacy was extremely rude to the man. What made it worse is he was wearing a veteran hat. I know I'll be getting my prescription somewhere else

Travel covid testing related: I would rate this as a zero star place if possible. CVS has completely ruined our family vacation that we planned for a long time. We did everything correct to try and get to Hawaii from Minnesota (we’re all vaccinated as well) and CVS never gave us our test results back and we’re stranded in California. We have lost over $3,000 all because we never received our results after they CLEARLY stated they are trusted partners of Hawaii Safe Travel and would get our results back to us within 72 hours. Multiple flights have been canceled and words can’t even explain the disappointment. NEVER get covid tested at CVS if you’re planning on traveling. Waste of time and money. - A heartbroken family of 5

They are horrible! I am forced to use them because of my insurance. They sent me medication that should have been sent to the Dr office instead, they messed up on my billing, and now they are trying to charge me a ridiculous amount for me "filling my own medication" which I did NOT do and CVS doesnt know how to handle mistakes, besides keep on making them. I wrote to them and they ignore me. The actual CVS pharmacy in Lindenhurst, IL was horrible too. I tried them once and they were incompetent and very rude. When it comes to medicine they should really be paying attention to what they are doing. 100% disgusted with everything about them!

I would give 0 stars if this was option. All I want to do is upload photos to pick up in store 1 mile from home. entered forgot password. was sent different codes several times and none work-- get error msg due to "technical issues" ( I had tried a few weeks ago and quit trying and trying again today) still can't get past this. called store, they don't know and personal tone was that they didn't want to help or care. they gave me # to call 1800shopcvs --phone system didn't like options that i entered and cut me off twice. I tried to open a whole new account with many different passwords and get message that they are all unacceptable for whatever reason. I'm driving the distance to go somewhere else. cant find help on phone or website. facebook page also does not accept comments for help.WHY BOTHER

I tried to create an online account to check my prescription, but it won't let me use any passwords to create one. It's annoying having to listen to a recording telling me to go to the web site while waiting to speak to the pharmacist. I would if I could!
