Store #9149 on cedar, in Fresno, CA I scheduled my covid vaccine at this location three weeks ago. On the day of the appointment they canceled on me one hour before the scheduled appointment, thanks for the short notice. I was on my lunch break at work and was already on the way to the appointment so I went in and asked why it was cancelled. They said their pharmacist was not licensed to administer the vaccine...gee, maybe you guys should not be taking appointments then. Guess I'll head back the work and reschedule another time at another location.

The employees are all so rude. They act as if I am inconveniencing them just by being a customer. I don’t know why they even work there.

Awful, The specialty pharmacy is beyond bad. It was over one week from the time the order was placed and the medicine was received. The communication in the interim. Was incorrect and unhelpful. Spent more than three hours on the phone trying to do something as simple as pay.

I brought my 92 year grandma into the store to get her Covid-19. While she was waiting, I picked up 1 item and the clerk refused to check me out. I will never stop by this CVS location again. This is extremely poor customer service. I spoke with the manager and she did not have them check me out.

Went to the Rancho Cucamonga CVS after my urgent care appt. They said they were out of stock of my antibiotic for strep throat and sent me to a CVS in Fontana. I asked if it would be ready when I got there; they informed me that my prescription would be ready within 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later. I was told by the girl at the counter that it would be another 10 minutes. When I went back up to get my prescription 10 minutes later, I was told that pharmacist had just returned, and it would be at least another 10 minutes. Avoid this pharmacy unless you want to waste your time waiting in pain for your prescription

Just on phone w customer service. The agent not tech savvy could barely hear her and the echo form the recorded line was annoying. The concern was her telling me to hold the line and never coming back. When I made the follow up call the agent had done what I asked but pulled the old oaky doak having on a perpetual hold (childish). I asked to register a complaint and the first agent picked up the line said, "customer relations" then proceeded to hang up. When I tried for the last time to file the complaint the agent was magically able to document what I said within a handful of seconds. Seemingly just passing the buck on what she was saying she recorded and was going to pass on to the higher management.

I made what I figured would be a short call to CVS customer relations to inquire about why a promotional amount wasn't applied to my purchase. After an hour, I was not given any reason but basically told..too bad try again next time. T
