CVS PharmacyReviews of cvs.com

got my covid vaccine at CVS...not my normal drug store, but they had the vaccine variant that I heard was the best...was rewarded with a 20% off coupon for shopping, which was a nice surprise...go there to pick up a couple of things...no, they do not carry that item, the other item I wanted 2 of, they only had 1...go to check out and redeem my coupon..."Oh, you have to be a CVS rewards member to use that coupon" what a fraud using the vaccine just to get people to register with their rewards program...no thank you...will do my shopping elsewhere...never see me in your store again

Got a covid appointment one week ago kept sending me reminders the day of the appointment an hour before they texted me appointment was cancelled. I took off work wasted time preparing. Call no one answered. Call a different location they said to come in as a walk in. Changed plans again went there on the time they said. Girl said I have to come back on a different day. Could be not do it. What a disorganized mess never going there again. Called Walgreens they said come at this time went there got the shot. No problem.

They offer delivery service but only if your getting a script, so if your a stage 4 cancer patient who needs Tylenol and bio freeze don’t expect CVS to help even when they are right across the street in your neighborhood 😡 they won’t even allow you to pay over the phone for less than $20 if you find someone to deliver, caring for cancer patients is extremely daunting so don’t look to your local neighborhood CVS for help! You won’t get it, but call Walgreens they have people with compassion not robots!

Worst customer service. I switched from walgreens who legally "couldn't sell me even generic birth control from Australia" and then CVS worked for about 8 months and then things really went downhill. I have the documents for birth control overseas and one day I need to see a gyno bc the lady "Doesn't feel comfortable" selling me my usual birth control I always get there unless I see them first. Then, somehow my blood pressure is too high to be sold a prescription. The tracking on my online orders is terrible. I don't receive orders unless I have a primary care doctor contact them. At all. And my orders get cancelled. Horrible people. One minute I need to pay 40 dollars the next I can't even get my prescription even though I am in the system. Not to mention my generic, Loryna made me gain 26 lbs and their excuse for not giving me help? "Everyones body is different. Its the same for everyone." You all are the part of this backwards, selfish, and lack of empathetic American Healthcare system. Money money, money is all it is in Big Pharma. No matter where I go. Oh and I have insurance too. But they still need more. And only tell me at the counter. I switched to simple health. Takes more time to process but much better luck there. I have a chronic illness. And this is how I get treated.

The WORST customer service EVER.

CVS pharmacy in Port Lavaca Tx is horrible. Stood at the pharmacy for 10 minutes and pharmacist was there and never acknowledged that I was there. Left and called another CVS in another town and got it filled there with no problem.

I shop at CVS one time awhile ago and the cashier apparently signed me up for a CVS care card that charges you a recurring 5.00 fee every month. I don't go every item on my bank statement but happened to notice it this month. I was given the run around and have been on the phone at least 2 hours trying to get it canceled and a refund. I can't verify the info (because I didn't sign up for it. It's whatever the cashier put in) so they can't cancel the card and stop charging me 5.00 on my account. I finally after 2 hours supposedly my card was deleted from their file but I can't get a refund and they won't delete my whole account. Don't shop at CVS! It happened at this CVS 1624 Lincoln Hwy, Lancaster, PA 17602 but I guess their all the same!

They overcharged me by $70.00 over the contracted Silver Script Price. Pharmacist was extremely rude and refused to adjust to correct price. Hopefully I never need to deal with CVS in the future. Silver Script representative tried to help me and gave up after calling the pharmacist, remaking that he was one of the nastiest people she had every dealt with.
