Why BROTHER because I guess people don't really read these reviews, because if they did everybody would stop going to this pharmacy that don't care about customers, they never stock up on items, I wanted to buy mild on 07/07/2021 and only found 1 gallon & 1 quarte both with the expiration date of 07/04/2021 in the cooler also I saw 1 egg by it self, I am changing my prescription to Walgreens I am sure that I will be treated better, it will be cleaner and fully stocked up, CVS needs to close their stores

If I could give them a zero I would. My son had his wisdom teeth out. Pain meds sent as 11:45. Pharmacy in Owasso, ok tells me they will be ready after 2. He's already in pain.

CVS won't cover a prescription that is covered by our medical insurance. We were informed by Medicare that this is a decision by CVS Corporate, not Medicare. How dare they? Also, no phone number provided for CVS headquarters.

One star is too much, there needs to be negative ones. This review is not an isolated situation... Normally only one store employee -that is hard to find. Ridiculously long wait in pharmacy lines - inside, Phone in help, and in drive thru. They have an on-line ordering system for regular OTC items that is equally a nightmare in every way imaginable. I have been waiting over two weeks for two (2) items and they haven't shipped yet. This is the WORST big box chain for customer service I could imagine- even if I tried. They could care less, obviously, as witnessed by the reviews.

The CVC pharmacy in Collinsville IL. Rripped me off twice. Had I not count the pills before leaving the last time I got my meds, I would not have notice this pattern going on. At that time I understood what they were doing and immediately took my business to Walgreens. My experience with CVC is this. The first two times. My meds came with 90 pills labeled on the bottle. The first time I received my pills I didn't bother counting but they certainly looked short. Definitely not 90 pills as labeled on the bottle. The second time I did, there were only 29 of 90 in the bottle. I thought that was very strange but I dismissed it due to current stress. Then, this last time, I sat in my car and counted the pills, again only 29 bills of 90? I was livived and went back in. The female manager counted the pills and had the nerve to say real loud that there were only 10 pills missing. I didn't want to cause a scene but I thought to myself. How could these people have these jobs if they can not count? She didn't even seem surprised which made me think if they did that to me. How many others are they doing this too? Morale of this story. If you are new or not to CVC Pharmacy. PLEASE make sure you count your pills before leaving. You could be paying for half of what you should be getting. Horrible way of business. I sure hope this helps someone. Thank you.

Someone needs to check into theses stores.Went in at 4om going to tell me can't get meds until tomorrow really. Just got out of the hospital and can't get the meds i need horrible!!!!!!

Would give -star if possible. Had appointment with paperwork completed online for a vaccine so there should be minimal waiting. Had also called ahead to have prescription ready for pick up at same CVS pharmacy. Arrived a few minutes before appointment time. A group of 4 walk ins went to the front of the line and received immediate attention. While I, with the appointment arranged over a week previously, waited. When another clerk asked if I needed assistance I was told I would have to wait for walk ins to go through all their paperwork and receive their vaccines and by the way prescription refill isn’t ready either. Finally got a refill on prescription and will go elsewhere for the vaccination and will transfer rest of refills to another pharmacy. Last time I will be in that store for anything.

Classify like that for being is slow in pharmacy services. The pharmacy is located at 44 street and McDowell in Phodnix az Also they take too much servicing per vehicle came Therefore you classification in services is very bad
