Yesterday, I when to pick up my refill, which was ordered by my primary the previous month with two refills. The person in charge of the pharmacy treated me like a dog. I was there early. However, when I returned 3 hours later, she stated that I have to wait for exactly 3 hours by protocol. I was the only customer there at the time. She was a nasty human been, and I don't think she should be working with customers. YJ.

To start with I have been using Giant Eagle for the last 15 years without incident however, this year my husbands insurance forces us to use CVS and it's been nothing but problems. The long wait times on hold and at the drive through because someone thought it would be a great idea for customers to do COVID tests there and the rest of trying to pick up a prescription that takes about 2 minutes is now taking 20 minutes. So fast forward to today, I call to check on a prescription that my doctor sent in at 4:00 I call at 8:00pm. Shannon the very rude pharmacy manager at the Strongsville location store #4300 thinks she can educate me on my prescription and why it's not there. I have a PhD and I'm sure she has no degree. She doesn't know the difference between a stimulant and an opiate. Anyway instead resolving the problem she chose be nasty and hang up on me 3x!! Is this the kind of people CVS wants managing their stores? It's way too stressful for me to continue to use CVS and picking up medication shouldn't be. I'm ready to go back to Giant Eagle where's there great customer service and pay a little more for my medications. The discount is not worth it anymore.

I have had doctors to call in prescriptions and every time I check my cvs account still processing for days I try calling and after being on hold for 30 mints still can’t get a hold of them. I drive there and lady says we are 3 days behind. Really this is medicine I need. Cvs better pray one of my medicine doesn’t cost me my life.

I freaking hate CVS. I never tried them before I got Aetna health insurance through my workplace, which tried to force me to use CVS for prescriptions. I did try getting prescriptions through CVS - big mistake! For a while they were robocalling me every day. Now they won't let me cancel a future prescription order online, and I can't pay for the prescription online. I got a bill in the mail urging me to (lol) send a check. It also told me I could use the website or call them. I cannot find anywhere on the website where I can pay. I tried calling them. Their hold music is absolutely atrocious and sets my teeth on edge. After a long hold time I finally reached a representative, who required my CVS card number, me to spell my name multiple times, my full street address and zip code and birth date, only to tell me she couldn't help me pay the bill online. After even more time on hold I couldn't stand the hold music anymore. every interaction I've had with CVS (OR Aetna) this year has driven me up the wall. As soon as I can, I'll permanently cut ties with them and never use them again.

Worst pharmacy! I’ve been here in several occasions for several different reasons. The first time was for COVID testing. I was on time, less than 5 minutes to my appointment. The rep. At the window asked me to leave and come back in 5 minutes. She said I could wait at the window. I drive around the parking loot came back and there was 3 cars ahead of me which took an hour. Tried calling pharmacy several times after they discarded my meds. They WILL NOT pick up! Two days ago, I got the the window to pick up meds. Was asked to come in as they were closing the window. I did get their before closing. I told them I was in my Pajamas. Pharmacist asked me to leave and come back tomorrow. 🤢 bad attitude, not dependable. Lazy and poor customer service. Stay away!!!!!

I have to use CVS with my current ins. Today I went to pick up an Rx. They asked if I wanted to switch to a 90 day supply, I said yes. They took it back, worked on it. I then checked out and noticed it was still a 1 month supply. I asked why it was not 3 months and they said, "well sir your insurance will only pay for one month at a time." I said why did you ask, they said they always ask even if my insurance won't cover it.... STUPID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Butch manager followed me looking around trying to find something I did wrong I find this very prejudiced and unexceptable I was reading there sign no testing inside very rude since this is close to my house and covid us still on the rise shameful.

I would give the CVs on Cleveland Ave in Ft Myers 0 stars if I could! I entered and asked for a prescription to be filled urgently given I had a plane to catch. First I was told an hour than 2 hours ! I explained the urgency talked to the manager and no support. I have been a CVS customer for 30 years this store was horrible ! I went to the neighboring Walgreens and the staff filled my prescription in 10 minutes as a favor to me. CVS Customer service should have been better and staff understanding of my situation.
