CVS Store 5510 on Coursey Blvd pharmacy is incompetent. They have made several errors in billing on my prescriptions the past 8 months. Their customer service and attitudes need improvement. In the meantime, I am switching pharmacy.

CVS doesn’t even deserve 1star
CVS doesn’t even deserve 1star. At this point, there’s rarely an employee at the register, no matter which CVS you go to. If there is one anywhere in the vicinity, they wave you toward the self serve register. I can’t cash in my lottery tickets at the self serve.. Today when I used the self serve to try to make a purchase, it wasn’t working. A screen message said the coupon compartment was full. I didn’t even have coupons. It wouldn’t allow me to pay because of its problem. I had to wait until an employee decided to disengage himself from a task he was doing to come and fix the self serve’s problem. I’m being nice in my explanation. Internally, I’m using a whole array of expletives. If I could rain down voodoo on the CEOs of this horribly managed chain, I would.

CVS on Shadowlawn Drive in Naples is a disaster
CVS on Shadowlawn Drive in Naples, FL
***Update***
They are still playing around with my prescriptions. This time, they are blaming my insurance company. My doctor prescribed 1 month of medication due to various reasons; one of which, I'm having major surgery and had to reschedule my appointment with her. The hospital does not have one of the meds that I'm almost out of so I need to bring it with me. I have a copay card from the manufacturer yet, they are trying to make me pay over $450 for that script. The other two, they're trying to drastically over charge me also. GoodRx.com shows those two medications at 1/4 what CVS is trying to charge.
Due to the ineptitude, incapable, and ignorant staff, it's time for a formal complaint and plea to my employer NOT to have a contract with CVS on our insurance next year. CVS is compromising people's health by refusing to fill medications.
Pharmacist Tina is the one who keeps this ship afloat. Unfortunately, she can't be everywhere, all the time. The others, including pharmacy techs change the instructions my doctor writes so I get less than what's prescribed. If they would just do their job, follow the instructions on the script, and stop dictating when I can have the next refill, there wouldn't be so many problems. I'm talking about regular scripts that aren't controlled substances, such as allergy nasal sprays. Next, they go ahead and fill regular scripts but make you call on the controlled substances. Clearly they can see I take this on a regular basis right asking with my arthritis medication so why are you holding my meds? Do you think you're doing me a favor?
Next problem are the ANTS. There are ANTS everywhere in that store. I can't use the drive through anymore since they have the 2nd lane blocked and people are taking forever doing their Covid tests. I've checked the reviews at area CVS's and they have worse reviews. Due to my insurance, I'm stuck with CVS.
My advice: follow the doctors instructions, quit holding my scripts from me, and get rid of the ants.

CVS Store #1960 on West Main Street…
CVS Store #1960 on West Main Street Waterbury, CT.
My wife went to this Minute clinic and was prescribed, and they filled a prescription that was on wife’s allergic list (bad medicine - Do Not Give!) Which my wife took, causing her to go to ER for breathing and severe skin rash issues.
CVS’s Corporate Customer Relations was made aware of situation, but they are now GHOSTING me for 2 weeks!

I travel between 2 different states…
I travel between 2 different states (Florida & Kentucky) The option of using any CVS pharmacy to pick up your prescription is garbage. This is only true IF you get a decent pharmacist to work with. My experience was horrible and 7 phone calls later….. still no service. The Mt. Sterling, Ky pharmacist would not even make a phone call to my doctor to help solve the issue. He was too busy to help a long time customer of CVS. Guess I’ll look for a new pharmacy to serve my prescriptions needs while traveling out of Florida. If “no star” was an option… that’s what they would get.

Have had nothing but bad experience…
Have had nothing but bad experience with the CVS at 2090 East Fry BLVD in Sierra Vista, AZ. They told me for several weeks that my medication was out of stock at the manufacturer, only to tell me today it is on recall. No phone call. I had to go into the store and inquiry as to what the status was. My doctor sent them a medication I need 13 days ago on July 7th. While there today (July 20th) they let me know my insurance won't cover it, but that I could pay out of pocket. Again NO PHONE CALLS! I tried to call their 1-800 number at 1645 hours PDT to file a complaint. I informed their stupid automated system I wanted to complain and wanted a live operator. According to their site they are open until 2200 EDT. This means their call center should be open until 1900 PDT! The computer refused to let me speak to a live person and informed me the store was closed! Are you KIDDING ME!?!? You closed on a Tuesday over TWO HOURS EARLY!? CVS Pharmacy employees in Sierra Vista need replacing. Or just close the worthless store!

Worst call center. Was on hold with customer service for 20 minutes 2 days in a row, finally someone answers and I get disconnected.
